24/05/2025: Sunday 18/5, about 32 people, outside temperature 24*. Confirmation party for a dear friend. Excellent food and carefully prepared. The tables had been set up in an inside room even though the beautiful day and the beautiful outside location were usable. The very rude and ill-mannered waiters complained the whole time about not having space to pass and serve. We had to hold out the plates and pass them from one diner to another. I asked for a plate because they hadn't brought it after the appetizers and a waiter brought it to me with his hand inside, when I pointed it out he rudely replied "I assure you that my hands are very clean". It's really a shame. Two stars for the service only for the cutting of the cake where the little girl had a lot of fun thanks to an "assistant" intervention at the end of the lunch who emphasized the celebrations with kindness and sympathy. It's a shame because they would have been all 5 stars.

25/04/2025: Sono stato per il pranzo del 25 aprile con i miei genitori e non tornerò. LOCATION Cascina bella, immersa nel verde anche con animali ma le stalle erano tenute male e sporche, di conseguenza gli animali. SERVIZIO Probabilmente il servizio peggiore che abbia mai visto: due ragazzi totalmente inesperti, non sapevano nemmeno che piatto stessero servendo e non disponibili alle richieste dei clienti per mancanza di esperienza e formazione. La cameriera sembrava non saper nemmeno dove fosse, non l'ho mai vista con un piatto in mano. MENÙ L'unica cosa che si salva è il cibo. CONTO Nella media con gli altri ristoranti della zona per il periodo.

02/09/2025: A lovely café in Avigliana's main square. Truly delicious desserts and attentive, friendly service. Breakfast fit for a king!

03/08/2025: I can only write about breakfast, perhaps because I wanted a croissant, but the brioche I got was a cornetto. I can assure you there's a difference between a croissant and a cornetto. I also had the "cube," but it was too stringy, with not enough cream, perhaps from the previous day. The service was excellent. Patience.

30/05/2025: I went for lunch with my family and as for the food, let's say it's average for other bars As for the service, there would be something to review.... The waitress who prepared the dishes was very hasty and anxious about the queue...it can happen....but.... The sore point was the waiter who already didn't welcome me the best...in addition to the simple requests, which are part of his job, for example asking for more bread, he was very annoyed... But the thing I didn't like at all was when we asked for the oil, he showed up taking out of his pockets 1 sachet of oil and 1 of salt.... I don't think it's normal as a service method to keep oil, salt and other condiments in your pocket...I find it unhygienic and not at all professional.

01/04/2025: I asked for a vegan cappuccino and twice that I was there I was made a cappuccino with normal milk! If I had been seriously intolerant or allergic I could have died!!

27/07/2025: Fake pastry shop selling frozen croissants, passing them off as fresh and homemade! Even when I asked directly at the counter, they told me they're all homemade and NOTHING is frozen. I had to go back and explain that they're in the industry and can't fool customers, and it's truly fraudulent to pass off products as fresh from the bakery when they're not. If you go to a Chinese café, you'll find the exact same croissants, but they definitely work more honestly than these fake pastry chefs.

18/07/2025: I went this morning after a long wait and was very surprised because they finally introduced table service. Excellent cappuccino. Very kind and efficient staff. I'll be back more often :)

13/03/2025: The portico on Google is open but in reality it is closed. It has changed its name and no longer opens for lunch... it would be nice to have the right information

18/05/2025: Hi we went for lunch today. Great place. Fabulous first courses and prosciutto crudo appetizer. The guys are very good and kind. We will gladly return. Thank you. Raffaella

05/04/2025: The output is a little dehumanized, but refined. The room could be more delimited and beautiful with plants and furnishing accessories. The costs are certainly exaggerated: 16 a bar, good but small, to which is added an unjustified cover charge of 2.5. Ditto the cesar: dry chicken.

11/06/2025: Dopo molto tempo sono ritornato. Non male come sistemazione. Si mangia abbastanza bene. Tonnarelli cacio e pepe leggermente saporiti, ma porzione risicata considerando il prezzo di 15,90 euro. Direi che oltre 40 euro per un piatto di pasta ed una bottiglia d'acqua sono un prezzo esagerato

30/05/2025: Oggi, venerdì 30 maggio 2025, alle ore 15 ho ordinato un caffè shakerato al banco. L’attesa è stata infinita a causa della cattiva organizzazione da parte del manager del locale, il quale non solo ha lasciato un solo cameriere al banco a far pagare, preparare gli ordini e sistemare il banco nonostante l’enorme quantità di gente in attesa, ma ha ordinato con noncuranza per sé stesso un caffè mentre chiacchierava con altre persone e senza prestare un aiuto o un rinforzo al ragazzo. A guardare mentre gli altri lavorano e criticare sono capaci tutti… il manager dovrebbe farsi un bagno di umiltà. Il caffè era buono.

01/05/2025: Posto molto curato. Gelato buono, formula originale con là possibilità di abbinare alla base molti tipi di topping. Peccato il servizio forse un po’ lento, comunque esperienza positiva.

27/03/2025: Ad alba per pranzo , prima di andare a casa decidiamo di concederci un gelato Buono lo zabaione fatto al momento , ma il gelato no! Senza sapore! Smunto! Non ne vale la pena

04/08/2025: On July 31st, I bought a small cake from the display refrigerator for a last-minute event, paying €23 + €2 tip. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the refrigerator was extremely dirty, but given the time, I decided to trust them. Mistake. I was supposed to buy a semifreddo with sponge cake, chocolate, cream, and strawberries. The "sponge cake" was actually a months-old Christmas pandoro—I repeat, it's July—the cream was watery, and the strawberries were frozen, soft, and flavorless. A completely inedible dessert: after the first slice, it ended up straight in the garbage. If you want to make a good impression or simply enjoy a decent dessert, don't come here: nonexistent quality, sloppy presentation, and zero customer service. A real waste of money and an opportunity. Not to mention the impression I made on my guests. Extremely disappointed.

19/08/2025: After many years of vacationing in Sestriere, we decided to take the Nube d'argento chairlift from Borgata to the amphitheater, offering beautiful views of Sestriere, Pragelato, and all the surrounding peaks. To reach the Raggio di Sole refuge, you have to walk downhill for about 15 minutes from the chairlift arrival point. When we arrived, we were greeted by the waiters, who were very busy preparing the food. We were assigned a very nice spot, a high table with very high benches and large cushions. We were told it was the only one available and that we would have to eat immediately at 12:00 because then all the other guests with reservations would arrive. With a 17-month-old baby, the high table and chairs were certainly a bit difficult to manage. After a good 20 minutes, two of the four dishes we ordered arrived, followed by the third dish after about 10 minutes, and about half an hour later, the fourth dish. It was the wrong dish, or rather, the correct dish was written on the order, but the kitchen made another dish. So we waited another 15 minutes, and then they brought us a plate of raw maltagliati, which didn't seem very nice for a child's food. After complaining, I waited another 15 minutes to receive another plate of raw food. We were told they'd have to hurry because they had everything booked, and we waited forever. We even asked them to make the dishes right away so we could feed our two children (17 months and 5 years old), but it took forever, and the food was raw. At checkout, they ALSO charged the children a cover charge, which I found very disgraceful because there were 4 adults and 2 children and only 4 dishes served. The place has a nice view, but I absolutely do not recommend it due to the prices compared to the QUANTITY and quality of the food. At the very least, given the mix-ups, they should have not charged us for the dish that arrived so slowly and, more importantly, twice raw.

14/04/2025: To be avoided. Whoever manages it has no professionalism. Frozen food and not corresponding to the menu and they don't even realize that they are not bringing the dishes as they are described on the menu. A real shame also because, being at the start of the Dentera x Superga, there are many tourists and the city of Turin makes a bad impression. Before renting the premises they should request professional guarantees
