14/09/2025: Good location, a 9-minute walk from the metro. I received many promises that the air conditioning would be fixed, but they didn't succeed. The room wasn't as expected.

19/04/2025: I went to Emilia today, even for those like me who don't consume alcohol they offer excellent alternatives between kombucha and cider. Personally I tried the cider which I really appreciated, and on top of that the staff at the counter were very pleasant and made my stay in this very nice place, in Corso San Maurizio, a truly pleasant experience! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

11/03/2025: I never comment but this time it's really too much to say nothing. I don't even know where to begin to describe this terrible experience. We enter and in addition to ignoring us, after a while they make us "seat" at the back of the room near the bathroom even though there was practically no one there. I therefore politely ask if we can move to another table and the girl, in a very unkind manner, makes me understand that we are not and that those seats can be used by groups of 4 people (there were 2 of us but in any case they were small square tables with two chairs...). The worst thing, however, was the service: we ask for two glasses of wine, they arrive to bring it to us and we are served a pre-prepared glass, without showing us the bottle and the glass was not even a wine glass. What do you gain by treating new customers like this? I will definitely never enter this place again.

20/08/2025: Terrible experience, absolutely avoid. I was deeply disappointed with this gelateria. During our visit, the staff, especially the lady in charge of the gelato, demonstrated a complete lack of respect and professionalism. While my friend was simply ordering his gelato, he was taunted with inappropriate and sarcastic jokes, as if he were a spectacle to be mocked. This was unacceptable behavior. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude to all the customers, even urging older people to "hurry up" with their flavors, despite the place being practically empty. No patience, no courtesy, just haste and rudeness. To make matters worse, we weren't even allowed to sit at the tables, even though they were completely empty. A place that should offer a moment of pleasure turned into an unpleasant and humiliating experience. We will never return, and I strongly advise anyone who values ​​respect and kindness to look elsewhere.

19/06/2025: Nice place, contemporary and clean with enough space for a stroller. The staff are very nice. EDIT: just realized that we were charged 13€ for a coffee, an Americano and gum 😒. Which is very expensive for Turin, so probably we paid for the other couple having lunch.

11/09/2025: This is where you'll find the best croissants in Turin, but above all, the specialty known here as Nuvola is absolutely unmissable. It has made the house's reputation for over a century and a half. Try it and you won't believe it.

Primo passabile ma secondi abbastanza negativi …. Anche il dolce ( bavarese ) mediocre Servizio normale cin un po’ di confusione Sinceramente non ci e’ piaciuto

16/07/2025: We sat in this place one afternoon drinking fruit juice and smoothies. The place is neglected, the ordering staff is indifferent and unhelpful, and the cleanliness is rather sketchy... not to mention the restrooms... only to be used for urgent needs.
