Pleasant and friendly hotel. I recommend it.

Room 326 doesn't have an adjustable temperature. We slept in unbearably hot weather. Unbearable for a four-star hotel.

Although a little dated, some details need to be reviewed especially in the bathroom, overall I am very satisfied!

Whenever I pass through Turin on my business trips, it's now a regular stop! Hotel with comfortable and well-kept rooms, convenient on-site parking, excellent breakfast, and the convenience... After hours of traveling, having the restaurant and pizzeria on-site is incredibly convenient, without having to leave the premises. And the food is excellent, both pizza and other dishes! Staff are always helpful and friendly!

Friendly, uncomplicated, pleasantly clean, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the rooms are from a different era and are quite old and somewhat worn. The bed, in particular, squeaks with every movement. When we arrived in the room, it was far too warm, over 25°C. Even with ventilation and the window open at 1°C, this was very uncomfortable, especially at night. Yes, the heating in the room was off, but there is a central heating or ventilation system, which, in my opinion, is much too warm 🥵. We reported this to reception, and I hope the system will be inspected, also because of the pointless energy consumption. The hotel was well booked, yet very quiet. I suspect it was once an industrial building that was converted. The 6-meter-high ceilings on the upper floor and the solid walls would fit this theory. We were able to park on the property without any problems.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The reception is very helpful.
