He works a lot just because he is located in a very central area of ​​Turin. If you are sitting on the ground floor it is cold in winter because the doors are constantly open to allow the waiters who serve the tables outside to pass by. I reply to the owner's message: I am not a restaurateur and I don't know your world and the costs involved in running a restaurant, I can only imagine that they are as high as everything in Italy today. I just want to point out that, taking for example the fried food at €15.50 which is still a good amount (it's the old 30,000 lire) I can assure you that the same thing in places I know I get the same dish at a slightly lower price, but with more product. How many hours does one of your employees have to work to be able to purchase one? Then you see a dish arrive with little product inside, the same in my opinion for the other courses.

Yes, it was good, it's true, but nothing special, let's face it. And above all, prices beyond any logic for what we were served. Paying €4.50 for a skimpy slice of cake that looks like a packaged brioche from the supermarket... it hurts! When I pointed this out to the managers, they replied with a big smile: “It's the current situation.” Oh well, sure. The commercial spirit also remained on display. I was ready to let it go... until today for breakfast I ate in a similar pastry shop, where finally the quality-price ratio made sense, and above all where they don't treat customers like chickens to be plucked. But what made the evening truly special were the chats, authentic and pleasant, a deserved 10/10! At first glance the place may seem simple, but it managed to surprise me positively in every way. Quality food, authentic flavors and a truly honest quality-price ratio. A special mention to the bread, truly spectacular, and to the pizza dough: light, fragrant, perfect. After seeing the receipt I started laughing: they charged a cover charge of 2.50 euros to my 15-month-old daughter who remained in my partner's arms for the entire lunch. 8€ for her penne with tomato sauce (asked for a baby portion and received an adult portion). The fact remains that charging a cover charge to a 15-month-old child speaks for itself. Money doesn't smell, but you should be a little ashamed

10/04/2025: Thursday 10.04.2025 at 7:20. The time published on Google Maps indicates opening at 7:00. The closed gate can be opened manually, you can enter the premises but when the staff arrives they tell me that they are still closed. I point out the information on the opening hours and the response is that "they have already asked to change it". Conclusion: do not trust what they write about themselves! P.S. The correct opening time is 7:30.

19/02/2025: Personale gentilissimo nulla da dire ma la pizza orrenda impasto senza sale insipido nonostante ci fosse il locale mezzo vuoto e le persone al tavolo già erano state servite abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'oretta per due pizze almeno fossero state buone l attesa era piacevole nn ci torno più .

13/12/2024: nous nous sommes arrêtés par le plus grand des hasards dans cette pizzeria. Nous nous nullement regrettés notre arrêt car cela faisait bien longtemps que nous n'avions mange d'aussi bonnes pates ! Merveilleux ! Vraiment tout était excellent de l'antipasti au dessert. Et lors de notre prochain passage pour Turin nous nous y arrêterons à nouveau. La cuisine est fraiche et familiale faite par la patronne. L'accueil est chaleureux par l'ensemble du personnel.

27/03/2025: I tried several times to eat lunch with work colleagues. So I can allow myself to make a general observation. 1. Pizza whether for an aperitif or taken during the day is terrible. I don't know if it's old or poorly made. 2. Really painful aperitif/dinner. I recommend a few things but fresh and quality ones. 3. Lunch overcooked pasta, badly breaded and dry meat, cold side dishes that I had to heat up. 4. Garnish at will but if there are very few choices and they are not the best, one doesn't go twice to get them Like French fries which are 'flabby'. No, we're not really into lunches. Either change staff in the kitchen or do something to improve anyway. I understand why many prefer the piadina up front. I hope you can make changes since you also have a high price without quality.
