I came across this place almost by chance, despite having lived in Rivalta for years....I was pleasantly struck by the attention with which the owner prepared our aperitif and, from time to time, brought us small plates of succulent tastings (cakes savory, baked potatoes, cauliflower au gratin, etc...), all accompanied by an excellent glass of Nebbiolo. The surprise was the bill: super honest and really cheap. Demonstrating the fact that the aim of this commercial activity is not just profit, but the desire to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where you can peacefully unplug and unwind for a bit. Affable, kind and super professional owner. I will be back much more often!!
