29/03/2024: The food is always good at the Trattoria dell'amico and the family atmosphere makes the experience more enjoyable. The owner is super nice, a real treasure 💜 The main dish for me is always the paniscia;)

13/02/2024: I had the pleasure of visiting the Trattoria dell'Amicizia in Nibbiola and I was very impressed by the quality of the products offered, by the typical Novara dish "La Paniscia", by the friendliness of the owner Roberta and by the very reasonable prices. Firstly, the quality of the products offered was astonishing. I was able to taste their fresh, homemade pasta, which was really delicious and you could feel the freshness of their ingredients. The meat I ordered was also very tasty and felt like it had been carefully selected. Secondly, the typical Novarese dish, "La Paniscia", was simply incredible. It was full of flavor and consisted of a mixture of rice, beans, lard and vegetables, all cooked to create a delicious and complete dish.
