Excellent pizza, kind and competent staff.

Wednesday evening, after a day in Turin, exhausted by the city chaos and tired from the day, we decided to treat ourselves to a pizza and found Gallina Bionda, which we quickly found. Parking was very close and convenient to the entrance, where the staff greeted us kindly and immediately seated us in a very quiet space. The pizzas were very good, as were the dishes we saw passing by, and the other dishes were very inviting, and the diners were as satisfied as we were with our pizzas, not to mention the wonderful desserts. In describing the place, I'd like to add that there are tables outside, but given the time of year and the uncertain weather, we preferred to sit inside, and I must say we didn't mind because we spent an evening chatting with other customers. What more can I say... we'll definitely be back. Congratulations to everyone, you're great, and keep it up 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Mirko and Matilde are the unparalleled pizza chefs in Monferrato. The waitresses, Sara, and her colleagues, are super friendly. Excellent value for money. Very fresh fish. Highly recommended pizzeria.

When booking by phone, they will be happy to accommodate any allergies at the table. The welcome at the restaurant is warm. As a vegan, I appreciated the menu's diverse plant-based dishes; the side dishes go beyond the usual salad and grilled vegetables! In addition to the ever-present farinata, I enjoyed excellent caramelized onions, exquisite caponata, and—unusual on traditional menus—delicious lentils, which provided a tasty and varied meal. Omnivores will surely appreciate these alternatives, too.

The special doughs are excellent and worth trying! The attention to detail in the desserts is also excellent.
