06/07/2026: Incredible experience. All dishes are freshly prepared by Mrs. Patrizia: appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, handmade pasta and bread. I honestly don't know what to recommend: I loved the agnolotti with ragù, but I also had to try the gnocchi with Castelmagno and the tajarin... it's a tough competition. The wines from local producers pair perfectly with the Piedmontese dishes on offer. The view is priceless, with the restaurant nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage hills. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the service is fast. I will definitely be back.

20/07/2026: The service is pleasant, friendly, and attentive. We've been here a few times on different occasions and have always had a wonderful time; everything we've eaten has been thoroughly enjoyed. We also enjoyed the wines from the local winery. In the evening, it's lovely to dine al fresco on the outdoor veranda. Parking isn't a problem, and even though it's not very close to where we live, we definitely prefer it; what can I say, highly recommended! They periodically organize themed evenings: fish, paella, etc., which you can follow on Facebook. It's worth mentioning the Pollo Marengo, for which they even won an award. 16/05/2026: I have been to the Brillo Parlante, I must say, the location is perfect, elegant and comfortable, the food is of excellent quality, fresh, good and well-prepared, very well stocked with many quality wines, attentive and good quality service, highly recommended, with family and friends we will definitely return.

27/04/2026: We stopped for a snack and ordered a pizza for three to share... and it was a perfect choice! The pizza was truly delicious, well-made, and very tasty. The owners were super kind and helpful: in particular, he immediately realized we weren't local and took the time to recommend some areas and places to visit. A simple but truly appreciated gesture that makes all the difference. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, absolutely in line with the quality offered. If we return to Calliano, it will definitely be a must-visit. Highly recommended!

07/07/2026: Tucked away on a quiet hill in Calosso, this small restaurant was recommended by where we were staying and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The terrace view is breathtaking, the staff are warm and welcoming and the food and wine were exceptional. Everything about the experience felt genuine and memorable. Couldn’t have asked for more.

01/07/2026: I don't want to exaggerate, but I didn't think I'd be able to eat this well! Quality ingredients, excellent service, and exclusive wine (local: partridge leg). Definitely worth a try.

22/06/2026: We went to dinner today, on a very hot day. Among other things, we ordered a bottle of red wine. Unfortunately, it was at room temperature, so I'd estimate it was close to 30 degrees Celsius. The wine arrived in a cooling sleeve, but it wasn't chilled enough for such an overheated wine. We complained twice. They then put ice cubes on the table! What can I say? After we'd finished our two courses, the wine was still far too warm. The owner then tried to explain to us that red wine has to be served warm. I find it regrettable that such basic things don't work in a Michelin-starred restaurant. We paid, but we didn't drink the wine. Despite our complaint, we were charged the full price for it. The food was okay. Overall, this was our worst experience in over 20 years of dining in Piedmont.

05/08/2025: Sono stata in questo agriturismo per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Tutto è stato all'altezza della situazione, dal cibo ottimo e abbondante, alla gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia di tutti i camerieri , sempre pronti a non far mancare nulla sulla tavola e a dimostrarsi presenti in ogni singola richiesta. L'abbondanza del cibo è superlativa, purtroppo non sono riuscita ad assaggiare tutto ma la vista è stata ampiamente appagata. La qualità è ottima e la presentazione dei piatti non è neppure lontanamente paragonabile ad altri. Ad oggi non sono riuscita a trovare nessun altro agriturismo/ristorante che possa essere al pari di questo. Un grazie sincero a tutti Voi per aver contribuito a farmi trascorrere insieme alla mia famiglia una festa di compleanno che non ha precedenti.

21/01/2026: Roman-style pizza, thin and crispy but well-filled, delicious! 🍕 The ingredients are top-quality, the homemade desserts are plentiful like grandma's 🍰 As are the tajarin, the mixed fried food, and everything else on the menu. The atmosphere is family-friendly and welcoming. My favorite pizza is definitely the DELIZIA. The FARCITA 2, the FOCACCIA GORGO E PERE, and the MESSICANA are also top-notch. 🍕
