08/08/2024: The place is fabulous, I ate very well and I found the room and the chef very kind. I'll be back! I understand that cooking at this level is an art form and therefore I understand the chef's desire to tell a story from start to finish, but the absence of the à la carte menu can sometimes be limiting.

18/07/2024: Le lieu est magnifique,Le service est à la hauteur. Mais depuis la deuxième étoile Michelin,nous avons été déçu car les plats servis étaient moins attrayants tant en qualité, qu’en quantité. Dommage car lors du premier dîner en novembre 2022, nous étions enchantés avec 2 plats de poisson exceptionnels et un risotto sauce viande avec frères de coq exquis! Mais en novembre 2023,on avait l’impression d’être dans un autre établissement. Dommage !

13/07/2024: The online menu does not correspond to the real one both in terms of variety and prices. The impression is of a rip-off. Furthermore, it is cramped and difficult to reach and does not have car parking.

24/08/2024: We enjoyed a special evening at Adagio this weekend. The 7 course tasting menu served up plate after plate of the best of ingredients, delicious flavours and a great variety of textures. If I had favourites, I would call them out, but honestly I enjoyed each course and all the surprises along the way. Adagio is a lovely place where attention is given to every detail, and you feel the care and creativity of the Chef in every beautiful dish! Thanks also to Rachel for looking after us so well, and for the great local wine recommendations. We look forward to being back with you.

11/08/2024: Provato a cena, agosto 2024, nuovo ristorante forse 3 anni, in una location già conosciuta, completamente rinnovata. Brutta la scala di legno per accedervi dal vialetto. Sala elegante, arredata con gusto, frigoriferi vino a vista con carne dry aged. Musica soft atmosfera raffinata e accogliente, temperatura ideale in considerazione dell'afa di questi giorni. Personale di sala professionale, preparate, educate e simpatiche. Menù particolare con scelta di diverse combinazioni 3, 4 oppure 5 portate. Amouse bouche originali e distintive, buono i vari tipi di pane e vari tipi di burro a vari gusti. Primo, abbiamo optato per dei Plin particolari ai gamberi rossi, con una bisque a mio avviso troppo saporita, che copriva il gambero, non male ma non entusiasmante. Poi non apprezzo molto le schiume sifonate. Secondo trancio di ombrina alle verdure, senza infamia e senza lode, per mia moglie polpo. Dolce originale tributo a Torino e alla Fiat e altro dolce alla nocciola . Bella carta dei vini e prezzi molto interessanti, vvasta scelta locale, nazionale ed internazionale. Unica pecca, l'offerta all'inizio di una calice di rosè di propria produzione, che sembrava incluso, ma ritrovato in conto a ben 12 euro a testa ... 24,00 per due calici!!! In compenso un ottimo Sauvignon Sud Africano a 25 euro, caffè e amari offerti. Pessimo vizio tutto Italiano del coperto a 5 euro, in un ristorante che si definisce Gourmet, avrei evitato, in considerazione della fascia di prezzo, totale 107,00 a testa. Da riprovare!

18/08/2024: Excellent experience - 3 nights with 1 dinner - excellent quality of food, punctual service - a plus for the spectacular raw meat - excellent location with a remarkable view of the valley - I travel with a 28kg male Labrador dog who was welcomed kindly - the structure It is notable for the presence of many cats - in short, dogs and cats do not always get along - but there were no problems whatsoever thanks to the commitment of all the people in charge of the structure - I also recommend it to all the owners of our dog friends

22/07/2024: Superb place. We eat in the park, with pretty decorative garlands... The staff is super friendly, even with the language barrier. And above all, we eat really well there. The boss's wine is worth trying!

06/02/2024: Pizzeria da asporto ma con la possibilità di consumare sul posto. Pizze ottime leggere ben cotte e ingredienti di qualità. Chiedete consiglio e provate la pizza del mese (varia secondo stagione), abbinamenti super, non vi deluderà.

02/08/2024: I came with my family to celebrate a birthday, we ate pizza inside the restaurant, which was air conditioned and welcoming. Very good pizzas without a crust with many variations and combinations, a delicious dessert to finish, everyone satisfied. We will return.

08/07/2024: Very nice place to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Only one regret, the restaurant was closed because the breakfast was a delight with excellent homemade products.

11/06/2024: Piedmontese restaurant like many in Monferrato. We ate a cold cut with pancakes, raw meat, Russian salad (good), peppers with bagna (excess parsley). Green tongue and veal with tuna sauce were served at other tables, probably not expected for us. Then rabbit with potatoes. 1/2 of the house Barbera (just sufficient quality) and microfiltered water. €60 for two. Noisy room with no atmosphere. Sufficient quality/price ratio, three out of five is the honest rating. PS: I read the manager's comment and I deny it, for the benefit of the readers. No (NO) encore was offered, which in any case is not part of our eating habits, and we did not have coffee. For the room and its atmosphere, candles and even sarcasm are not enough: it remains a noisy and unadorned canteen. Bad faith causes the rating to drop to one star.

09/06/2024: Trattoria piemontese come tante nel Monferrato. Abbiamo mangiato un affettato con frittelle, carne cruda, insalata russa (buona), peperoni con bagna (eccesso di prezzemolo). Lingua al verde e vitello tonnato sono stati serviti ad altri tavoli, probabilmente non previsti per noi. Poi coniglio con patate. 1/2 di Barbera della casa (qualità appena sufficiente) e acqua microfiltrata. 60€ in due. Sala rumorosa e senza nessuna atmosfera. Rapporto qualità / prezzo sufficiente, tre su cinque è la valutazione onesta.
