28/02/2026: The staff was excellent, the pizza was sublime. The location is beautiful, and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommended.

25/01/2026: We've been to this place several times... excellent pizza... good ingredients... light and digestible dough... the place is very nice... private parties can be held in private rooms... large and welcoming main hall... friendly staff... there are often problems with beer running out or the coffee machine always out of order... But one thing I absolutely don't understand is the ever-present smell of fried food that, unfortunately, gets on your jackets and clothes...

28/09/2025: My wife and I stumbled upon it by chance and had a wonderful time. Excellent coffee, extraordinary date and hazelnut cake, friendly and welcoming staff. I wish there were places like this in our area! Highly recommended!

02/01/2026: Stayed 2 nights. The accommodation is part of the Bubbio Castle complex. The room was tidy and clean, and the bathroom was adequate. Only complaint: every time the fan coil was turned on, it made a loud noise due to the whirring of the fans. Even when the fan coil was turned down, the noise persisted, and obviously this happened every time the temperature dropped below the set threshold. We didn't immediately report the issue (having noticed it on New Year's Eve), but I simply reported it to the receptionist after leaving the room (...). Otherwise, I can highlight the decent breakfast offered, with various options. Good luck!

05/12/2025: Everything is high quality and full of special details. We went during the off-season, so the hotel restaurant itself wasn't open, but the owner, who is very friendly and attentive, recommended an excellent restaurant next door. The town has just over 800 inhabitants, so it's a place to enjoy peace and quiet.

07/02/2026: Today, February 7, 2026. Lunch with my partner. The manager welcomes us in a friendly manner, and it's immediately clear he loves his job. The place is very clean, the service is quick, and the waiter has a great attitude. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, and the glass of Nebbiolo is very good. The bill is exceptional.

08/03/2026: First time going, very positive, large and very nice place, fair price and top service. I will definitely be back.

25/02/2026: I had dinner at One More with my boyfriend. Overall, the experience was positive. The place is cute and simply decorated, suitable for all occasions, although we didn't find anything that made it stand out from other places in the area. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The only downside: the bill. Considering what we ate, the type of place and the service, we found the prices slightly above average. Of course, it depends on what you order. In short: a good option if you're looking for speed and quality, but a little less so if you're looking for a sophisticated atmosphere or unbeatable value.

15/03/2026: A very quaint place. Excellent, high-quality food, from appetizers to desserts, including house drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and expertly managed, making you feel right at home. Highly recommended for a dinner with family or friends.

27/12/2025: Quiet location a few kilometers from the highway from Bologna to Turin. Friendly owners who will happily cook you a delicious meal. Local truffles are available as an option (regional product), and delicious, affordable wines from the Asti region are available.

18/10/2025: I can only leave a positive review. A beautiful room with ancient vaults, and the pizzas on the menu are innovative and creative. Well done 🤗 A choice of different doughs, which I personally found myself using in the black version. Wonderful pizza🫨🫨, and above all, separated into slices with a little bowl of heavenly cream in the center😝. Delicious, including the crust (not necessarily a given; I couldn't eat the crust in other places). Another positive note is that they don't waste the toppings. My wife had a pizza with Robiola d'Alba, and it had all of Alba inside 🤭🤭 adorable. The two little girls had pizza with fries and sausage, and they arrived already cut into slices with a basket of fries in the middle to arrange as desired... so much stuff. Kudos to the owners for their attention to detail in the ambiance and the food. A few extra euros on the bill are definitely worth it for the QUALITY and abundance of ingredients. 🔝🔝🔝 Another shout-out for the niche beers that I've only ever tasted at your place; I wasn't familiar with them before. Try the Alba IPA 75cl, a delight for the palate!! Well done, well done, what quality!

18/01/2026: I had the pleasure of having lunch at this delightful restaurant. I have to be honest...from the photos on Maps, it doesn't look very appealing, but I can assure you, the opposite is true. The restaurant is small but very charming and tidy. The dishes we ordered were all delicious, no complaints whatsoever. The agnolotti they serve are out of this world; if you go there, I highly recommend them. Compliments to the staff!!

15/02/2026: We stopped for lunch, and even though it was almost time for them to close, we were welcomed like family. The first courses (gnocchi and tagliolini) tasted homemade. For the second course, we had pork cheek with potatoes, which was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The local wine they served by the glass (Ruché) was an excellent accompaniment. At the end, they also offered us a spiced wine that was out of this world. Excellent. We'll definitely be back.
