We arrived without a reservation, but they kindly seated us. A very quaint, beautiful, and clean place. Fast and attentive service, they have an impressive wine list, and the food is excellent and well-cooked.

Very tasty. And very nice, too. Excellent choice for vegetarians too. The place is particularly charming, the service courteous and impeccable, the wine good. The menu, excellent, is very unique.

The location is lovely, and the cellar is unique with its barrel vaults and exposed brick. The dishes are good, but nothing special. I wasn't sold on the chef's choice of pairing a cacio e pepe with truffle; the sauce overpowered the already delicate flavor of the truffle. The desserts were bland. I'm sorry, but I wasn't satisfied.

16/02/2026: We discovered the place about ten years ago, a very beautiful location in the Monferrato hills, excellent value for money and a typical Piedmontese menu at a high level, they have a wide selection of local wines, very kind and good-natured staff, since then we come here very often and it feels like home
04/02/2026: We went with two friends for the bagna della merla. The bagnacauda was amazing and very tasty. There was a wide selection of vegetables to enjoy together. The place was beautiful, with a fireplace and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The desserts and wine were also excellent. Highly recommended!
