Every single dish served that night was outstanding in taste and appearance, reflecting the passion of the owners and team for food and wine. Selected wines and non-alcoholic drinks harmonized in a delicate way with the individual menu courses. A stunning culinary experience: we will come back!

12/11/2023: Locale affascinante in un vecchio casale restaurato, personale giovane e molto professionale, cibo di ottima qualità sapientemente presentato da un giovane e preparato chef. Sicuramente da ritornare e consigliare.

08/03/2024: Un posto praticamente sperduto ma trovi sempre qualcuno che ti fa da “apripista” tanta e’ l’affluenza ! Tipico pub con tavoli e panche . Qualità della carne eccellente . Buono il servizio ! Per i più piccoli un menu dedicato con tanto di sorpresa regalo . Siamo stati molto bene e ci torneremo . Forse, l’unica cosa che consiglierei , è di mettere a tutti la tovaglietta .

16/01/2024: The best place to have lunch or dinner! High quality food, seven or eight courses, all excellent, well prepared, well imported and served strictly to perfection! Exceptional waiters and chefs! Also very kind and helpful at the reception! The internal cellar is very nice, with an excellent selection of wines, which can also be consulted on the extensive wine list! Unique atmosphere, a place that works really well, I think it is the best place where I have ever eaten traditional Piedmontese dishes/cuisine, with a lot of imagination in the preparation of the dishes that make everything of a superior level, combinations, sauces, decorations that are spot on and well study! I highly recommend it!

27/03/2024: What a wonderful place! I'm visiting Asti and I sent my partner "to the bar downstairs" to get me a hood. I expected it with soy, which in 80% of bars is the only vegetable alternative. He returns with a coconut milk wonder. Exquisite, I really think it's addictive because after 2 hours I wanted another one! :)

21/12/2023: Da piemontese non è facile trovare chi sappia cucinare i piatti della nostra tradizione senza presentarli sempre allo stesso modo. Loro ci sono riusciti, con sapori e presentazione fantastici. Molto bello anche il locale
