07/07/2025: I went to dinner with some friends, there were 4 of us... the restaurant was empty on a Friday night... the service was very slow and not very precise. We ordered tajerin and agnolotti with roast ragù and they were very salty, the fillet was burnt, the dessert had a very compelling description but then we got a tart that looked like the one from Esselunga. The only good thing was the wine except for how they served us. The bill was not proportionate to what we ate and how they served us.

08/06/2025: Arrived in Piedmont, Calosso on Thursday 5 June 2025. In the evening we went to eat with friends at Restaurant Ca’Rapulin. What a beautiful location and a breathtaking view. Excellent food. Surprising menu with delicious dishes and carefully selected matching wines from the region. Worth it. There is also a hotel. Recommended. Friendly service. Top experience.

08/09/2025: Wow, this was the best place for a drink. The service was top-notch, the drinks were very good, the wine recommendation was excellent, and when we got the bill, we thought it was wrong. Along with the five drinks and water, we got snacks for only €25. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, we can't comment on the food, but everything else was perfect.

25/07/2025: It feels like a tourist trap, with stale chips and olives. Fortunately, the breadsticks and salami were good, otherwise the aperitif would have been a waste. The menus were dirty. We had a bad experience, even though the staff was friendly. P.S.: We wanted something else to eat, but the prices are ridiculous for what's on offer.

03/08/2025: I recently had dinner with friends at this agriturismo. Excellent traditional Piedmontese cuisine, rediscovering the flavors of yesteryear! The raw meat and tajarin with ragù are noteworthy. Spectacular view of Monviso. Excellent value. See you soon!

27/08/2025: Just stayed with my husband. The quality of this restaurant is truly top-notch. I'd never dined at a Michelin-starred restaurant before, and it was a truly amazing experience. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. The service was impeccable. The table setting was perfect. Chef Gabriele Boffa's dishes were a truly pleasant discovery. My husband is a very picky eater; he doesn't eat everything, in fact... he's a very picky eater, but at dinner he ate things he never would have thought of and thoroughly enjoyed them. Special mention goes to the agnolotti al plin, the bread, and the olive oil...truly special. We'll definitely be back. The restaurant is meticulously designed down to the last detail.

05/08/2025: We stayed at the Relais (reviewed separately, and with a higher rating). Here we report our experience at the Bistro. We certainly expected more, considering the two-Michelin-star Locanda is also present and the restaurant is designed by Enrico Bartolini. The location is well-kept and beautiful, including the pergola where we dined. The appetizers were excellent (raw Fassona beef and veal with tuna sauce), as were the wine pairings recommended by the sommelier. So why 2 stars? There was a never-ending wait for a two-course dinner. The bread basket was meager (two pieces of bread), so we often had to ask for more, resulting in an interminable wait. The main courses we tasted were subpar. The beef was better, the shank was awful. Moreover, they were plated in the same way (soft cream on the bottom, with the difference being one made of potatoes, the other of chickpeas, but visually identical) with the same stewed vegetables on top. The dining room staff (only two people) were helpful, friendly, and polite, but insufficient to handle the large number of tables, and perhaps even inadequate for the type of establishment. This is, of course, a personal opinion. It's a shame. We wouldn't return.

27/07/2025: Maybe it's because I'm from Milan and the surrounding area, and I'm no longer used to these prices, but €8 for such a generous and high-quality aperitivo was a pleasant surprise for all four people at the table. Everyone was very satisfied!

22/05/2025: Truly kind and hospitable people I have a beautiful memory of 2021 after a night guarding a construction site I kindly asked if I could use their bathroom and they granted it to me I still hope to be able to stop by their place unfortunately I live near Bergamo thank you again from the bottom of my heart

14/07/2025: Locale affascinante e ben tenuto, con una ottima selezione di vini e piatti molto soddisfacenti. Il tutto con grande attenzione all'uso di prodotti locali e ricette tradizionali. Servizio ottimo: siamo stati accolti con grande simpatia e consigliati assai bene. Prezzi onestissimi. Un'esperienza eccellente, torneremo volentieri.
