15/05/2025: A pleasant rediscovery After a few years, I returned to La Fioraia and was pleased to find the same refined, elegant and welcoming environment, immersed in the green hills. The villa that houses the restaurant offers a suggestive and relaxing setting, ideal for a break from the daily rhythm. The menu is simple, but carefully curated with attention to the quality of the raw materials: simple, genuine and well-executed dishes. The business menu is also excellent, which at €20 includes two courses, water, wine, dessert and coffee: a truly balanced proposal in terms of quality and price. An experience that confirms the solidity of a place that knows how to welcome with simplicity and warmth. I highly recommend it and, when I am in the area, I will definitely return.

25/05/2025: We bought some "maritozzi" that were simply old...at least three days old, sour cream, almost ricotta...inedible!! Luckily we are not from the area! Absolutely questionable professionalism.

09/03/2025: Una mattina di queste, soni andata a fare colazione con i miei amici e ad un certo punto è uscita una blatta dal contenitore dello zucchero dove eravamo seduti.

11/06/2025: Das Essen war alles andere al gut. Angefangen vom Wein der nicht gekühlt wurde, bis hin zum Dessert den es nicht gab. Vitello war extrem dick geschnitten und geschmackli definitiv anders als gewohnt. Die Ravioli ( spinat / riccotta) waren nicht zu geniessen. Alles ohne Gewürze und grauenhaft faad. Die Bedienung war bemüht. Jeoch wurde nicht nachgefragt, obwohl 1 teller unberührt retour gegene wurde. Zum essen ganz klar nicht zu empfehlen

22/05/2025: Tutto veramente ottimo, l'accoglienza, il servizio e la spettacolare cucina e per glia amanti e conoscitori, essendo questo locale una enoteca, una scelta di vini per tutti i gusti e per le "tasche". Pertanto seppur collocato in un piccolo borgo "forse" poco conosciuto, vale davvero la pena fare una piccola deviazione da rotte più inflazionate per ristorarsi con un buon pranzo o cena in questo luogo tranquillo ai piedi di un piccolo, ma simpatico castello.

18/06/2025: Excellent food. The young waitresses provided excellent service and spoke perfect English. Beautiful property. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn't have opening hours. And you have to keep an eye on the dogs when driving.

18/06/2025: We went there for dinner. We had made a reservation via email from Germany. 5 people. There were two different menus to choose from, including a vegan one. The food was outstanding, the service excellent; we were truly blown away. If we're in the area again, this will be our first choice.

15/06/2025: READ ALL THE REVIEWS CAREFULLY. Alas, we didn't! Terrible dishes, poor quality... everything arrived very quickly despite there being 5 of us. A risotto was cooked in 40/45 minutes but arrived in 10 minutes with an acidic taste. A pasta with ragù without asking what type of pasta we preferred, it arrives with fettuccine with sauce diluted with water and not even a trace of ragù. A sort of grainy dish with no taste whatsoever. They demanded a single bill and despite having pointed out that each dish was not good at all, with mussels that were 8, half closed, the open ones were white and the calamari stringy and raw. Arrogance without the humility of a fight or a coffee offered for not being able to accept a negative opinion that a good restaurateur should be able to take. We also found rudeness while waiting. We arrived before 7pm just to sit down from the heat but the lady told us not to sit down before 7 even though a couple was already sitting at the table outside where we would have practically had our seats. People with no manners, they act polite while serving but incapable of listening to the customer. The meat was poor because it was tough and filled with sauce to probably hide the lack of flavor of the meat. Poor portions. They want to have control over everything, they don't know how to apologize and offer to correct the shot. They deserve to close. (They even replied "who cares")

19/05/2025: I went a while ago with my boyfriend and we left almost all the pizza. Mine simply tasted bad. My partner's, sausage and broccoli, had boiled spinach on top, instead of broccoli. I've seen other reviews from a month ago that say the exact same thing but we went there a year ago and will never go back. It's obviously just a habit. The staff was very friendly with us but we didn't appreciate the pizzas. The ingredients tasted bad and weren't the ones listed on the menu. We didn't complain just so as not to ruin our evening but the very little money we spent still seemed wasted. With a little attention they could easily make at least a decent product
