Laura's Restaurant In Asti

Located on the first floor of a hotel, Laura's restaurant is a simple place, with just a few tables and a limited selection of dishes. But that's precisely what makes it a pleasant place: its intimacy and its unique menu. I tried dishes I normally wouldn't have ordered, as I always prefer the same dishes. Instead, I was "forced" to try something else, and I didn't mind at all. The girl who served us was very kind and cheerful. The same was true for the young man at the reception who accompanied us up to the restaurant. Both were very kind and professional. I must give a well-deserved shout-out to the Barbera sorbet: I don't think I've ever had such a good sorbet!!!

The restaurant is located inside the hotel building. It's essentially the hotel's restaurant, where breakfast is definitely served. It's on the first floor, and its windows offer views of the street below. The service is particularly attentive, but not intrusive. The dishes are well-prepared, without any particular flair, but with meticulous attention to flavor. The quality/price ratio is a bit high, but in line with the quality of the dishes. Recommended!

Restaurant inside a 4-star hotel. Small but very charming. Excellent value with TheFork's Yums. Only the dessert, the Zuppa Inglese, was disappointing. Everything else was fine. Typical Piedmontese cuisine with perfect service. I recommend trying this place once.
