La Sosta In Montabone

Having happened upon Nice by chance, I stumbled upon this simple but welcoming place with good food and friendly service.

We stumbled upon it by chance after a motorcycle trip in Corsica with friends: exceptional place, very kind waiter, excellent and beautifully presented food. The value for money is almost incredible. A truly wonderful surprise, the homemade bread was top-notch (we were lucky, it was freshly baked), the entrée was a revisited Piedmontese-style arancini, and the homemade bigoli deserved applause. Overall, highly recommended, definitely worth a try!

Positive experience. The service was friendly but a bit slow. The veal with tuna sauce was excellent, and the other options were pleasant.

Super experience, the food is more than good.

The restaurant is nice and well-presented, the ambiance is well-kept, and overall it makes a good impression. Unfortunately, however, the experience was completely ruined by the wait times. It was truly shameful to have to wait 30 to 40 minutes between courses. Such a long wait is unacceptable, especially when you have other plans after dinner. These delays ruined my evening, as I was unable to fulfill my subsequent commitments. I left with tears in my eyes. Not only did I not eat well at all, but they also ruined my plans because of their excessive delay and the wait times between courses. I didn't want to cause a scene and leave because I was having dinner with my boss. It's a real shame, because the place has potential, but such slow service is inexcusable. I definitely won't repeat this experience, and I will never return to this restaurant again.

Super extensive and delicious food. Affordable, local cuisine. The service is excellent.
