La Piola Del Borgo In Incisa scapaccino

A beautiful venue in the ancient village located on the hillside near Incisa Scapaccino. The panoramic terrace is spectacular, the aperitif is excellent, with a wide selection of cocktails and a very extensive wine list featuring some rarities (it's hard to find a pure Nascetta or an Abissi Metodo Classico). The cuisine deserves praise, but there isn't a vast selection of dishes, and I think it's better to be able to choose from a well-curated daily menu than to wade through endless menus. The managers put in a lot of effort and passion and are very kind and helpful.

A welcoming, informal atmosphere that invites conversation. Excellent cheese and cured meat platter. Delicious trio of Piedmontese appetizers. Wines worthy of the region's fame. Excellent desserts. Quick and friendly service. Worth a detour.
