21/08/2025: My partner and I had dinner and were very pleased. We sat outside in the garden in a beautiful location (no mosquitoes!). The food was delicious, especially the tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini, and the wine selection was excellent. The waiter was very professional, friendly, and kind. We really enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it!

07/07/2025: I put 5 stars only because you can't put more, I ate one of the best cuts of my life, I felt at home, the waitress was really good and nice, the chef a real magician and friendly even at the cashier exchanging a few words about the reason for my visit to Acqui Terme with therefore also advice on what to do during the day. Truly special

28/06/2025: Excellent dishes and perfect portions (I would even say abundant). Menu with various Piedmontese specialties. Staff really very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very close to the center and close to a parking lot. Excellent value for money.

13/07/2025: We went for a lunch in this nice place in Acqui Terme. Impeccable service, very friendly. Superb food and the wine that was suggested went very well with all the courses. Wonderful experience and when we will be back in the Piemonte, we will most certainly visit this place again.

12/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Il Moncalvo Restaurant, located in the charming loggia of a historic 16th-century building in Acqui Terme. The location is simply enchanting: an elegant and timeless atmosphere that offers an immersive experience, perfectly balanced between history and refinement. We ordered two appetizers and two fish main courses: each dish was a pleasant discovery. The presentation was meticulous, almost artistic, and the flavor combinations were original and unexpected, a sign of careful, creative cuisine that respects the ingredients. The service made the evening even more enjoyable: the manager was friendly and helpful. Special praise also goes to the waitress, who was charming, affable, and attentive, always attentive but never intrusive. In short, Il Moncalvo proved to be a delightful discovery: a restaurant that combines quality cuisine, welcoming service, and a unique architectural setting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-end dining experience in Acqui Terme. It feels like we're overlooking the fact that our big dog Byron was also chocolate and very welcome. --

05/08/2025: I visited this trattoria today, looking for a place to enjoy Piedmontese dishes. I was delighted. The rich flavors were evident, each dish boasting its own unique flavors. The Fassone tartare topped with mushrooms was excellent, the goat's cheese toma was bursting with flavor, the plin pasta with roast gravy was explosive and not at all industrial, the mushroom risotto was an explosion of porcini mushroom aromas and flavors, and to finish, I'd never tasted such a creamy lemon sorbet. I highly recommend trying it.

23/06/2025: As often happens to me, I arrive at the place, I search and "choose" ... and almost always without giving weight to the reviews Here is a land of good meat and first courses of the highest level And don't say that I'm just lucky 😂😂😂😂 Nice little place, excellent service and high quality dishes Agnolotti and tartare... every bite is a delight A good glass of Nebbiolo without exaggerating ... and off we go A delicious dessert, the "classic" of the house, stop at the first one that is indicated to you... you won't go wrong👍👍👍👍 The bill is absolutely in line In short, the usual... Don't go there... otherwise I won't find a place and you know what I'll do to you, right?!?!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

25/07/2025: Ampio parcheggio dietro al ristorante,e già si comincia bene! Locale pulito e gradevole,arredamento un pochino vintage; abbiamo preso entrambi la pizza….. Ottima!!!!! Tantissimi gusti di pizza! Eccellente il cameriere! Simpatico e non invadente! Servizio veloce e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti!!
