06/06/2025: I give 2 stars overall for the kindness of the staff at the tables, but the quality of the food is really terrible. Not so much for the raw material, but for the chef's inexperience. Personally I ate fried calamari so cooked that you couldn't put it on your fork. I finished it only because of the cost, not cheap at all. Scialatelli practically raw, cold tagliata. Never again.

12/07/2025: This was one of the best restaurant experiences I ever had in my entire life. We had the tasting menu and the gnocchi with butter and sage and it felt like we were dining in heaven. The tasting menu was a journey of discovery through regional delicacies and had a really good price-performance ratio. As a vegetarian in Italy it is often hard to find food that tastes interesting but this restaurant exceeded our expectations. But not only the food was great, the staff were so kind and their interactions with us were so warm and authentic. They took the time to explain the whole menu to us in englisch and were so open. The restaurant itself had a very nice ambience and we had very lovely seats inside. We left the restaurant with a huge smile on our faces. We definitely recommend it, if you are looking for a nice restaurant this is the one!

10/05/2025: We usually get take-away pizza and it is always good and well seasoned. Tonight for the first time we decided to stop and eat there, a decidedly wrong decision: we order a portion of french fries, a portion of chatter and a pizza. After 40 minutes of waiting we were only served the chips, we waited another 10 minutes and no sign of the rest... a wait that was definitely too long for two dishes, considering that there were only 3 other tables occupied. It's a shame because the pizza is worth it, the waiters are very kind but the service is absolutely not up to par.

13/04/2025: New management, with new entry, unfortunately still a lot of disorganization. Very long queue also generated by a very small bar counter (probably 1 meter...) where people crowd after having given the receipt. Coffee shop prices have certainly increased. The view of the chaberton is excellent and does not justify the queues and prices. Ps: very rude tourists, they leave skis in front of the refuge, dangerously occupying a good part of the slope. Every now and then the owners might ask you to deposit your skis correctly or...sometimes call the police Update as of April 11: Last week of opening of the facilities, they decide to close given the low expected turnout... you should provide a service, even in the last days. Especially if you have been queuing up all year due to internal disorganization!

12/03/2025: Sono stato in questa bellissima baita esattamente nella settimana tra il 7 e il 10 febbraio,che dire,mi son trovato veramente benissimo e a mio agio, ho avuto modo di assaggiare vari piatti, partendo dai panini che per quanto semplici come piatti sono veramente buoni(specialmente la tonda cotto e formaggio). Nei giorni successivi ho assaggiato i panini con gli hamburger,esattamente(Il Goloso),davvero ottimo e per concludere ho assaggiato la cucina con un ottima polenta cervo e degli agnolotti burro e salvia e un tiramisù,tutto veramente buono. Personale super giovane e gentile, nonostante la numerosa quantità di persone in fila,il servizio é stato veloce e super efficiente. Grazie mille tornerò sicuramente 💪

05/07/2025: Visited in April 2022. Abundant and varied cutting boards, with typical products from small local producers. Friendly and helpful staff, who explained to us what products were contained on the board when the board arrived. Pleasant exterior, thanks to the wonderful view and the deckchairs made available by the restaurant.

07/05/2025: Exceptional place!!! the staff is so welcoming that it feels like being at home! Superlative platters and polenta! everything top!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!

14/07/2025: Excellent restaurant, all the fish was very fresh, and the service was impeccable. We had both a fish first and second course, and everything was delicious. We also saw some very tempting pizzas made in their wood-fired oven, and they even offered us a few slices of freshly baked focaccia! The only shame was the lack of air conditioning on a hot July day, which was definitely needed at lunch.
