Immerso nella natura, offre un ambiente sereno e tranquillo, ideale per chi cerca un'esperienza rilassante. Location suggestiva: Il ristorante si affaccia direttamente sul Lago delle Rose, offrendo una vista panoramica e la possibilità di pranzare o cenare all'aperto in riva al lago durante la bella stagione. Dispone di un'ampia sala interna con circa 160 coperti e di ulteriori 40 posti all'esterno. Cucina tradizionale italiana: Il ristorante propone una cucina che si ispira alla tradizione locale, con particolare attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime. Gode di un’eccellente linearità e di una giovinezza che si conserva per tutto l’anno. Vigneto situato a 60/80 m.s.l.m., esposizione Sud Sud-Est in terreno cretaceo e argilloso, nella zona sud del Lago di Garda, a Desenzano d/G. Raccolta meccanica, delicata in pieno rispetto dell’integrità dell’uva con rapido conferimento in cantina da metà a fine settembre. Imbottigliamento a metà gennaio, con successivo affinamento primaverile in bottiglia.Vinificazione pressatura soffice e rispettosa delle uve in atmosfera inerte. Fermentazione in acciaio a temperatura controllata di 18. Unica piccola pecca non è stato portato il secchiello con il ghiaccio, o la glacette per mantenere il vino bianco alla temperartura adeguatam, ma fortunatamente la bottiglia è stata servita ad una perfetta temperatura. Unfortunately we discovered the bar too late so we could only go twice. If we come in the area again we will definitely go back! Really recommended!

15/03/2025: Più volte abbiamo consumato le pietanze di Mauro e sua moglie. Polpette di carne buonissime, pizza molto molto buona ed un tiramisù sublime. La crostata di frutta è genuina e gustosissima. La loro cucina è casalinga, curata, gustosa con un rapporto prezzo/qualità molto buono. La gastronomia è una tappa fissa a Prali dove gentilezza, simpatia e cortesia fanno da contorno ai piatti proposti. Voto TOP!

15/03/2025: Big disappointment. I've been getting takeaway pizza here for years but for some time now it hasn't been as good as it used to be. The last time in particular I couldn't believe my eyes, I ordered a pizza with squid, like so many other times, maybe I didn't specify "fried", I don't know, but I never imagined finding a pizza with squid on it clearly taken from a seafood salad and thrown on the pizza... they still had the acidity of the marinade. And if I remember correctly I paid more than €10 for it. It doesn't exist.
