17/10/2025: Excellent venue in the centre of Vercelli, clean and elegant, super friendly staff who are always available to answer any questions, excellent food quality and a huge variety of wines, TOP

14/10/2025: Unfortunately, even with five people serving, they made us wait over a quarter of an hour for coffee after we tried to order at the counter. When I asked the waitress who was about to serve a table next to us that had just been seated, she responded rudely and annoyed. It's a real shame for such a lovely place. A little more organization would be enough to ensure good service and less confusion.

08/11/2025: Aside from the pizza dough being divine, thin and crunchy, the service was amazing for a pizza tour with 70+ people at the table...we were with the gym group, more than 70 people who were very hungry and in need of carbs (😅)...non-stop pizza service for an excellent pizza tour with no waiting...kudos to everyone for the organization..wow🫶

18/03/2025: Questo ristorante si trova nel centro storico alto di Baveno……verrete accolti dalla cordialità dei proprietari e della gentilissima cameriera . Porzioni minuscole ma ben eseguite dall’antipasto al dolce . Superlativa la ricciola , golosissima la panna cotta 🍮.Ci ritorneremo appena possibile !

Poi se ti accomodi nel rifugio non puoi provare le specialità ossolane preparate con cura dal personale cortese ed efficiente. meglio prenotare durante i week end. Atmosfera familiare e soprattutto polenta selvaggina paste gnocchi e dolci della casa in menuù tipico ....vino della casa di buona fattura. unica nota distorta .... il semifreddo al genepy troppo gelato ... magari servirlo a temperatura più idonea

09/03/2025: Arrivati per caso durante una passeggiata a Riale, da cui si arriva a piedi, siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla bontà dei vari piatti: salumi tipici, tortelli con polenta e bettelmatt, gnocchi all'ossolana, tagliolini fatti in casa al pomodoro e al ragù di cervo. Personale cortese, prezzi contenuti. Il giorno dopo siamo tornati è l'impressione si è confermata ottima. Ci siamo anche portati a casa un vasetto della loro composta di cipolle buonissima! Consigliato!

12/07/2025: I've already been to Vecchio Aratro twice, thanks to a neighbor of mine. The cooking is homely. Good selection of appetizers, first courses of decent quality. They don't skimp on second helpings when requested. Desserts and liqueurs galore. The fixed price is 20 euros, even on Fridays for dinner, for a good meal. Kudos to Dino, the long-time owner, and to Marika, the very sweet Moroccan waitress.

01/11/2025: A villa-like atmosphere with a great view of the city. Very quiet, clean, good Wi-Fi reception. Good wines and beers.

27/10/2025: EXCELLENT experience. Lunch with friends after a lovely hike in the mountains; Piedmontese specialties are masterfully crafted (from tongue to veal with tuna sauce, the porcini mushroom flan, and the hot appetizers), dishes with an interesting twist (like the blueberry tagliatelle with turgia ragù), and excellent game, all washed down with a nice glass of house Nebbiolo. All this with kind and friendly staff, very fair prices, and a pleasant atmosphere.

20/09/2025: Found by chance during a motorcycle stop, Osteria di Campagna in Germagnano was a delightful discovery. The dishes are authentic and top-quality, prepared with fresh, flavorful ingredients. Each course exudes passion and attention to traditional cuisine. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, making you feel immediately at home. A place where quality meets hospitality: highly recommended!

05/06/2025: I just left this place with some friends of mine, nice place, good food, then time to pay the owner, very rude, I asked to pay for what I had eaten, I'll start by saying that there is no sign that says no separate bills. Well he railed against me saying that for 3 euros more I was wasting his time, note that he had been at the cash register for 10 minutes talking to 2 girls and there weren't that many people to serve, and if you allow me, as I replied, I'll manage my money. 13/07/2025: Dopo aver fatto il giro all'isola di S.Giulio ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante che avevamo gia prenotato e si trova proprio sulla piazza di Orta; eravamo insieme ai nostri parenti venuti dall'Ecuador e abbiamo pranzato con bombom croccante, spaghetto Giacomo, tagliata di carne, insalata di polpo, spongecake ai lamponi, acqua e vino rosato; tutto ottimo e abbondante; la cameriera Federica è stata gentilissima anche nella spiegazione dei piatti; servizio rapido; buon rapporto qualità/prezzo; consigliatissimo !!!

30/06/2025: Posto unico, di grandi sapori e alta qualità. Consigliatissimo il vitello tonnato, lo spaghetto con datterino e stracciatella, da provare i numerosi antipasti e taglieri squisiti. Personale gentilissimo (Federica specialmente)
