13/06/2025: Beautiful terrace that makes lunch or dinner very relaxing. As for food, I was able to try hummus and falafel (very good).

02/06/2025: I have known this place for years...even the owner and some of the waitresses...I don't always go because sometimes some of my acquaintances invite us to other places even far away...but then when it's my turn I take them to this pizzeria and they are very happy with the pizza...and the cooking...well done well done..

20/06/2025: Since my son discovered the mini apricot muffins we can't do without this place. Undoubtedly, even if they didn't exist, it would still be one of the few truly pleasant places in Novara. Good products, well-made coffee, friendly service and a clean place. Little touches that make you want to come back.

28/05/2025: Very small but tidy and clean environment. Average coffee. Unfortunately, a discussion with the owner/barista as useless as futile (in my opinion obviously) regarding "how to ask for cold milk for coffee" (sic) and the repeated use of the term "enough" on my part to put an end to the aforementioned controversy, almost an altercation I could say made the stop particularly unpleasant. I hope that such aggression, never encountered in any place by the staff to whom I addressed with terms such as good morning/please/etc... was due to temporary problems and nothing else which, if it were, finds my full understanding. With wishes of economic success in equal measure to courtesy.

10/06/2025: The staff was very nice. Perfect location, great view from the room… Room was clean and comfortable. I went to their restaurant for dinner and it was a good experience. Breakfast was even better, they have a big variety of food which they serve directly to your table (no buffet) - which was a new and nice experience to me! Unfortunately I only stayed one night and solo, but would love to go back for a longer period with someone else.

22/06/2025: I had dinner tonight at this pizzeria. A negative experience. The only good thing was the pizza and the cleanliness of the place. For the rest, unacceptable. We waited an hour and a half to receive the pizza. And it wasn't even full, there were free tables. We ordered a Catalan cream for dessert, which had nothing to do with Catalan cream. At the end, when we paid and told the lady, she replied very nonchalantly that she had seen that the Catalan cream had not come out well, but that we because we ate it. But if you yourself saw that it didn't come out well, why did you bring it to the table? Sad, very sad the way and behavior towards customers. A restaurant to avoid, especially for tourists. I noticed that local customers were treated differently, at least as far as service is concerned.

27/04/2025: A delicious lunch. The place is refined and for this reason the prices are higher than other places. The dishes are refined and very good. The fassona steak is recommended as an appetizer.

25/05/2025: I went for the second time with some people, because the first time I had a good time. Let's say that the time made us want to wait a bit: an hour of waiting. We arrived at 8:00 pm, we started at 9:00 pm. Appetizers: all ok. When the grill arrived, it was cold, with the side dish of course, and we realized that the ribs were missing. They told us that they were cooking and would arrive, served and cut on the spot. Plot twist: the ribs were not grilled, but boiled and then grilled. When I told him, he told me that it wasn't true, he had cooked them at a low temperature and then grilled them. I, who have worked in the kitchen, know that he was making fun of me. However, for whatever I asked for, to drink or anything else, I always had to wait 30 minutes. It's not worth it as a restaurant. I won't go back.

01/05/2025: Siamo stati al ristorante per i 70 anni di mia mamma, servizio pessimo, gli antipasti che dovevano essere caldi in realtà erano freddi, servizio a buffet e piatti principali da dividere tra le persone. I gamberetti erano putrefatti e loro sostenevano che li avevano assaggiati ed erano buoni.. eravamo 15 persone tra bambini e adulti e nessuno di noi è riuscito a mangiarli. Da evitare assolutamente!

22/04/2025: ottima trattoria con i piatti tipici della tradizione piemontesi: 1) antipasti misti piemontesi ( vitello tonnato, salame della duia, salame di oca, polpettine al sugo, insalata russa), 2) paniscia novarese, 3)tartara all'albese, 4) bonnet Gentilezza e professionalità del proprietario Roberto, sotto il vigile controllo della mamma custode della tradizione piemontese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Encomiabile impegno nella ricerca di farine naturali di qualità e nello sviluppo delle tecniche di lievitazione/cottura (che alla fine fanno la differenza in tema di sapore e digeribilità). Qui si può ritrovare il significato del termine 'nutrizione' come insieme di qualità e di idee per l'alimentazione dell'uomo. In uno slogan: Nutrizione, Eccellenza, Qualità. La pizza è davvero ottima e ben digeribile (grazie alle farine di qualità, lievitazione naturale ed ottima cottura in forno a legna) Tutti gli ingredienti sono accuratemente selezionati per valorizzare le eccellenze del territorio. 05/05/2025: Non è la prima volta che mi reco in questo ristorante e devo dire che ho sempre trovato un alto livello di materie prime e cura del cliente, elementi che devono sempre coesistere: non basta mangiare solo bene, non basta avere solo un servizio gentile e preciso. E' chiaro che il titolare, che osserva dal bancone come un capitano la sua truppa, riesce a coordinare bene il locale e tenere il livello di gestione costante. P.S Segnalo una grande sensibilità verso le intolleranze e una grande attenzione ai piatti proposti, altro aspetto non sempre scontato, anzi spesso glissato palesemente da ristoratori e camerieri del tutto ignari della reale problematica degli allergeni nel cibo!
