02/06/2025: Excellent pinseria that churns out exceptional pinsa! The pasta is delicious, light, honeycomb and perfect! The variety of flavors is very wide. The staff is very courteous. The service is fast and the prices are fair! We were passing through, but we returned two consecutive evenings very willingly! Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: Very good service and even better authentic food at the non-touristy establishment. Ravioli and Penne bolognese, salad, and some profiteroles. Be adventurous and give it a try. It was a nice challenge to really practice the Italian we tried to learn before visiting too. Super reasonable prices!

09/06/2025: The food looks good in Google pictures, but we didn't have the chance to try it. The service was so bad that we decided to leave. It was a waste of time.

07/06/2025: Very kind staff, paella REALLY GOOD (said by someone who often visits Spain!).. the kit in the women's bathroom (with sanitary towels) was super appreciated. The owner was nice, welcoming and kind. We will definitely be back!!!

31/03/2025: After a walk in Ovada, we come across the menu of this welcoming and intimate restaurant where everything is perfect, young and trained staff, right service times, perfect chef's dishes, more than honest quality/price ratio, wide choice of wines, finally tables prepared with tablecloths and napkins! Well done! Absolutely must try!

22/05/2025: Great pizzeria with a choice of traditional or creative pizzas. The dessert was decent, but the pizza was really good and at a more than reasonable price.

10/06/2025: Disappointing. I've known Piedmontese cuisine for decades, but I've never experienced such a memorable evening. It's a mystery to me how this restaurant made it into the Slow Food guide 'Osterie d'Italy'. The food was carelessly prepared and tasted bland. The carne cruda was partially gray and simply inedible. The owner was incapable of accepting criticism and overwhelmed.

25/05/2025: Asti hills context: spectacular Location of great flavor, beautiful structure and fabulous garden and care of the greenery all around, truly enchanting. We had lunch in four people in the garden, I must say that there were two communions not very crowded but they certainly influenced the cuisine. And here come the sore points: appetizers, first courses, and second courses from the canteen, cooked without care, without flavors, without soul, except the agnolotti (exceptional) in short a disarming disappointment, I felt like crying, I was more heartbroken than them, other two flaws:, you don't let me sit in the garden on an iron table from IKEA, but put a proper tablecloth, you are in a beautiful garden in a fairytale structure and you get lost on the table? A disaster!!!!! The prices: very expensive for what we ate, better the Chinese, then, you can't charge a glass of wine starting from 15€ insert something good but a little more affordable, remember that we are on top of a hill in San Desiderio (I don't know) I hope that the kitchen was distracted by the communions anyway I won't go back

27/04/2025: Posto incantevole! Accoglienza perfetta, cordialità e premura non artefatte. Servizio impeccabile, disponibilità e cortesia dal principio alla fine del pasto. Per quanto riguarda il menù: proposta invitante, materie prime eccellenti. Porzioni decisamente abbondanti, ma per assaggiare tutto, che merita!, è importante sapere che si può chiedere di portare via ciò che avanza. Assolutamente da evitare il fatto di non assaggiare una portata, tutti i piatti sono una sorpresa da scoprire. Un ristorante in cui tornare con la famiglia, per un incontro di lavoro e per un momento di condivisione a due.

14/04/2025: Good place, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. I quickly ate a plate of cooked vegetables, water and coffee and off I went… Good prices for being in Milan. I would go back, strategically I dare say…

27/04/2025: Entered by chance into this very small restaurant with 20 seats, on a Sunday evening, at 5. Very warm welcome, we were offered to taste the farina, which we didn't know, quite a bit. Followed by pasta and Milanese escalope, very good. Vino de la casa, like a vino de la casa! Very friendly and fast service, restaurant which seems frequented only by locals, very cheap prices. Far from chains and luxury establishments, for a good, typical and quick meal, I recommend. On the other hand, the sanitary facilities are a little less pleasant (Turkish toilets, not perfect).

19/05/2025: Ristorante nel cuore di Rivalta molto carino e tranquillo... scoperto x caso su internet e colpita dal nenu' degustazione... che devo dire e' stato molto gradito da tutti... prodotti di ottima qualita' molto buoni i formaggi e i salumi del tagliere accompagnati da una buonissima gelatina al vino prodotta dal proprietario e il tutto spiegato nei dettagli.. secondo assaggio di antipasti buonissimi e particolari crostone con cipolla caramellata che adoro tantissimo... poi 2 primi e 2 secondi a scelta di cui ravioli verdi ripieni con salsa allo zafferano e tagliata di angus molto tenera.. il tutto accompagnato da 3 degustazioni di vini ottimi... x finire dolce alla viola con cioccolato delicato... e digestivo. Proprietario molto cordiale... tornero' magari x provare il menu' di pesce...

23/04/2025: At the beginning I was a little hesitant because of the fixed tasting menu... but I have to say that it was amazing with perfectly matched tastes. Accompanied by excellent and well-proportioned wines. Each combination well balanced and structured.
