El Born In Rivoli

A very enjoyable evening, excellent food, but the real highlight was the singers Chiara and Marco. Excellent performers, beautiful music that provided a welcome backdrop to the evening.

We went to El Born for lunch, and it was the best choice we could have made. The staff was welcoming, extremely kind, and knowledgeable: attentive to every need and request. We tried the richest paella, and it was amazing: rich, flavorful, and delicious. The seared tuna steak with grilled vegetables was a highly recommended dish, as the tuna was fresh that day: indescribable. If you're looking for a place to eat and be completely satisfied, I absolutely recommend this one.

A very nice place, with a pleasant and refined atmosphere. The paella was really good, tasty and well-prepared, as was the sangria, fresh and very pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a place I recommend and would gladly return to.

Welcoming and well-refrigerated restaurant. We ordered the paella menu after reading several positive reviews: it was good and lived up to expectations. The only downside was the overly pushy service: they took our plates away and offered dessert while we still had the last bite of paella in our mouths. What a shame.

Super friendly and helpful staff We were a table of 15, and they were incredibly patient until the end. Even though we were the last to leave, they never made us feel pressured to get up to close.

I dined at the Born again and, as always, found the cuisine to be top-notch: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and truly excellent, professional, and attentive service. The only issue I'd like to point out concerns the restaurant's air conditioning. During dinner, we asked if it was possible to turn on the air conditioning and realized it was off. Even after turning it on, however, it was set to 29°C, a temperature far too high to ensure adequate customer comfort. I fully understand the concerns regarding energy consumption and the desire to avoid excessive temperature fluctuations, but when you choose a restaurant of this caliber, beyond the excellence of the cuisine and service, the comfort of the dining room is also an integral part of the experience. My criticism is intended as constructive, because it would be a real shame for a practically perfect dinner to be marred by an uncomfortable environment. I hope this aspect is taken into consideration, because the Born truly deserves it in every other respect. Good menu but with little choice

Everything was very good, the El Born pizza was very rich in fish and the mussel parcels were a lovely dish.

A truly fantastic experience! The food was delicious, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes. A huge compliment to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and very professional: they accommodated every request, making us feel at ease throughout the evening. Impeccable service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!
