Personale gentilissimo molto accogliente e famigliare
Ottimi piatti della tradizione piemontese. Originali i ravioli al plin con essenza di lavanda. Da gustare i taiarin al ragù di tre carni. Ottimi i dolci. Sicuramente da provare se passate da quelle parti. Lo consiglio.

28/05/2025: Fantastic place, everything was delicious, both the pizza and the desserts. Definitely worth returning. The only flaw was that the room was too hot, but that was due to the oven, otherwise it was great.

The place is pleasantly isolated from the chaos of the city and allows for a pleasant Sunday with the family.

06/01/2025: I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps while looking for a place to have dinner.
I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good..
However, I expected more from the dish I chose.
01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

The table service does not give five stars because the boy who served us, obviously a novice, made two quite serious mistakes, but which however did not affect the dinner. I highly recommend their pizza, and we will definitely return to try the cuisine as well. Very very honest bill.

21/06/2025: Top restaurant for pizza and food in general.. the first courses based on fish are very good and then everything is created in a precise way in the details by the chef.. the restaurant is very welcoming with waiters kind and friendly towards the customer not to mention the owner who welcomes you in a kind and courteous way as if she were a big family. 07/06/2025: Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Table booked for 3 people, but when we arrived (on time) it was not available. Seated on two wobbly and uncomfortable tables. Two pizzas out of three with burnt edges. At the cash register, despite having expressed the intention of booking a dinner for 15/20 people, the staff showed zero interest. The only positive note: the two girls in the dining room, kind and helpful. I will not return.
30/05/2025: If you are looking for a pizzeria that is the antithesis of the chic and glossy places, where the "sgualfa" atmosphere is an integral part of its charm where the furnishings have their own experience and where you can come and go without the staff noticing your presence?
