I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Piemonte

23/05/2025: Partiamo dalla cosa meno positiva, l'ubicazione. Situato in una zona un pochino defilata dal centro se invece vogliamo vedere il lato positivo gode di ampi spazi. Struttura dal design moderno adatto per una cena tranquilla oppure ad un evento come nel nostro caso. Siamo stati accolti a bordo piscina per l’aperitivo, con un tavolo e relativo addetto a versare il vino agli ospiti. Sono stati serviti dei finger food di ottima qualità e i camerieri sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. L’interno con toni bianco e grigio è molto armonioso e pur essendo al completo il rumore di sottofondo non è mai stato fastidioso, questo denota che i pannelli fonoassorbenti hanno fatto egregiamente il proprio lavoro. E’ stato servito come primo un risottino molto buono e mantecato al punto giusto, invece ho gradito meno il secondo (costine) più dettato dal fatto che non amo questo taglio di carne. Gelato come dolce buonissimo, forse la portata migliore di tutte. Nebbiolo e Roero Arneis di buona qualità. E’ stato chiesto come ammazza caffè sia l’Amaretto di Saronno che i Baleys ma purtroppo nessuno dei due era disponibile. Forse in queste zono viene richiesto poco di frequente. 19/04/2025: Our daughter's birthday dinner. Staff pay little attention to children's needs: courteous but cold. Paid 13/person for an ice cream not asked for (brought on their initiative to celebrate the baby) of which we ate 1 scoop each. Good food, but not exceptional. I find 13 euros/person to be a lot for anyone's pocket.

24/06/2025: Highly recommended! The restaurant is part of the Cavallino hotel where we chose to book a room for the weekend. The restaurant is located in a well-kept and pleasant courtyard. The service is excellent, all the girls are professional and friendly, especially Giuliana with excellent advice regarding desserts! The menu is not extensive, but it is perfect at the same time. All the dishes were delicious. The price was more than I expected. A truly pleasant evening!

25/03/2025: Best all you can eat in Biella and surroundings, friendly staff, especially the owner who is always sunny and very kind. The sushi and Chinese dishes are excellent (considering that it is an all you can eat), there is a very convenient parking at the back and orders are made via tablet.

03/05/2025: Locale in bella posizione nella zona pedonale ha un bel dehor dove noi eravamo sistemati. Buoni gli spritz, le focacce farcite e le insalatone ma la ciliegina sulla torta è decisamente lo zabaglione freddo. Servizio cordiale.

24/05/2025: Great pizzeria less than 10 minutes from the castle, we tried a special pizza for the evening and it turned out to be a Bomb! Abundant dough and fillings are delicious Super friendly staff, recommended!

09/06/2025: Passing through for a weekend we were looking for a simple place but where we could eat traditional dishes well. Real trattoria atmosphere and welcoming. Excellent simple and homely cuisine, not too extensive menu (which I consider a plus point) but everything of excellent quality. Good pizzas too. Absolutely recommended.
