22/06/2025: the pizza is good, but quite hard, the service was terrible, I waited an hour for them to prepare 4 pizzas for me, with people who passed me (having booked after me) and no one who responded in a pleasant way, and reading the rest of the reviews I suppose that the cause is the fact that I am not an adult, and they made fun of this to give precedence to someone else, shameful

23/07/2025: Tavoli apparecchiato in esterno, o meglio sotto un fienile nella corte. Fresco e tranquillità, tovaglie e tovaglioli in stoffa candidi. Aua buona carta dei vini, offerta comprensiva di mezze bottiglie e calici, abbiamo optato per una Martirella della cantina Mariotto, un ottimo mix a base freisa ad un ottimo prezzo 15€ la bottiglia. Come antipasto una battuta di fassona servita su sedano e condita con tuotlrlo d'uovo e toma semi stagionata sbriciolati (10€). Passando agli agnolotti al vino (8€) e per secondi una tagliata (16) e un filetto di maiale imporchettato(14), come contorno patate al forno (4). Tutto molto piacevole, eccezionali gli agnolotti in riduzione di vino.

22/07/2025: A few days ago, on our way back from Milan, we stopped for dinner. An excellent choice, guided by memories of "Cavallino" dating back over 20 years and the reviews. The outdoor location beneath the former barn is beautiful, with cloth tablecloths and napkins, and attentive and friendly service. The food features quality ingredients and excellent execution/reinterpretations. We definitely want to try it and return.

21/05/2025: This place is fantastic from every point of view! I often go to this hut both in winter and summer. The place is taken care of in the smallest details, the waits are very short because the staff is very prepared both in the kitchen and in the dining room and the food is really good and plentiful. Excellent food and wide variety! In my opinion it is the best hut in Prato Nevoso.

The staff was really willing to help us to find a seat without a reservatio, get used to the table setting and the menu in a super-kind and somewhat humorous manner. It was a very relaxing dinner a lot of time allowed for eating, with super good foods with super reasonable price. The desserts were well-recommended and very tasty. This restaurant was a highlight of our Italy trip. Felt Italian hospitality, Italian atmosphere, and Italian food options.

04/08/2025: Excellent pizza and impeccable service! We visited this pizzeria and had a truly pleasant experience in every way. The pizza is very good, with a soft yet well-cooked crust, easy to digest and flavorful. The menu offers a wide selection and high-quality ingredients. The staff deserves special mention: professional, kind, and welcoming waiters, always attentive without ever being intrusive. Even at the cash register, everything was perfect: they easily bill separately, which is very convenient when you're with friends. The restaurant is beautiful and bright, thanks in part to the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. You can also eat outside, in a refined and relaxing atmosphere. And last but not least: ample parking right next to the restaurant, which makes everything even more convenient. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

02/08/2025: Every dish is an explosion of flavor. I recommend the octopus with potatoes, it will surprise you, it's delicious 😋 even the paccheri, both in crust and with burrata, were very good and tasty. We will definitely be back👍
