The people who run this simple business are incredibly kind, the wait is really short, and the pizzas are excellent, with prices that are definitely affordable for everyone. The outdoor table with two small, child-friendly benches is also a nice touch.

"Very good pizza, with fresh, quality ingredients, a light and digestible dough, and quick, friendly service. The place is welcoming, and the quality-price ratio is fair. Only small complaint: my pizza was slightly undercooked in the center, with the dough still a bit moist, and the mozzarella wasn't quite as stringy as I would have liked. Nothing dramatic, but for my taste, I would have preferred a minute longer in the oven. Considering the rest of the experience was positive, I'm sure it was an isolated incident. I'll gladly return, and I just hope for a slightly longer cooking time next time. Congratulations on the rest!"

21/06/2026: On a friend's recommendation, we dined at Buca dei Sabini this evening. We were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious, light and generous, with quality toppings. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, simple, and simple. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The menu prices were very reasonable. Next time, we'll have fish or meat. Thank you, we really enjoyed it. 🤗
