01/05/2026: The perfect aperitivo in the heart of Ascoli!!!
We stopped at 180 in Piazza del Popolo for a pre-lunch aperitivo and were impressed.
Despite their young staff, they are incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and have a rare intuition: they immediately understood our tastes and guided us through our choices.
We tried everything: impeccable spritz, Ascoli olives (both classic and truffle), cremini, panzerottini, and a fried cheese that was absolutely perfect.
Everything was served piping hot and, importantly, not at all heavy. A light and flavorful fried dish that makes you want to start over again. Great job, guys!!!
A special thanks also for the excellent gastronomic advice they gave us for the rest of the day!!!
27/04/2026: A small bar that also serves food, overlooking Piazza del Popolo. The staff is young and the atmosphere is very friendly. I only had a spritz before lunch, and they serve it in compostable plastic cups. I don't know why, but the price is competitive, so it's fine. Definitely recommended, especially for the youthful atmosphere.

25/02/2026: A very positive experience. The temporary structure, post-earthquake, is nice and efficient. The food was excellent and the price was right. The owner was very friendly and made us feel at home right away in a very family-friendly atmosphere. The lamb grill was the best I've had in a long time, especially in terms of quantity. Very satisfied.

01/02/2026: We chose Contrada to celebrate our son's 6th birthday. The place is welcoming, the staff wonderful, and the food was plentiful and high-quality.
Even though it was FRIENDS' SUNDAY and there were a lot of people, everything was handled exemplarily.
With the tasting menu or à la carte, they manage to satisfy every need. The service is young and impeccable, attentive to everything. In a time when I paid €100 for a pizza for two and a cutlet for a child, it seems like a dream to have an excellent, mouth-watering lunch for a much lower price.
We will definitely return to Paolo and his family, because restaurants like this are rare these days.
