01/05/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance today, May 1st, even though we are from Ascoli Piceno, it is the second time my wife and I have gone, we were amazed by the excellent welcome and service! We ordered a first course, excellent and plentiful tagliatelle with mushrooms and ham, a portion of delicious olives to finish with superlative seared lamb and sliced ​​meat. I recommend this place to everyone.

Very good food even for those like me who don't eat meat or fish (little choice but well-kept... and if you let them know in advance they organize themselves exceptionally!) Beach view obviously which never hurts! Simple and familiar. Very kind staff! If we return to the sea here... the first dinner will definitely be at Rosa dei Venti!

11/06/2025: The entrance is a bit hidden. Inside, the room is furnished "old style": wooden chairs and traditional "mise en place". The dishes are decent but lack the "wow" effect both in terms of flavor and presentation. On a sore point, some of the service staff appear too formal and detached and do not grant the customer the slightest smile, not even a courtesy one. (The policeman smiles more when he gives you a ticket). The bill is modest, therefore correct.

24/04/2025: Corte del Sole is a farmhouse located a stone's throw (literally) from the main road, so it is easy to find it but you will still be far from the chaos of traffic. Once you arrive, you can leave your car in the large free car park that the Casale offers for its guests. You will be pleased to notice the care, cleanliness and also the greenery that characterizes the entire structure. Il Casale del Sole, despite being ancient, has been well renovated both inside and outside. In fact, you don't have the feeling of staying in an "old" place. Indeed, the older elements are well embedded in the structure. For example, the counter where breakfast is served has been well maintained and restored and has a certain charm. On the floor of my room (the first) there is a beautiful antique Singer sewing machine. There is a lift to reach the upper floors and it is also large. The breakfast consists of very good products. Don't miss the tarts but above all the jam-filled pastries (those that look like Mulino Bianco Saccottini, so to speak). The latter were delicious. The room I stayed in (102) was really spacious, with simple but refined furnishings and some paintings (modern art I think) that give personality to everything. Furthermore, the presence of two chairs inside the room, a large wardrobe full of hangers (also for trousers) with an attached safe and a small fridge are an extra touch of comfort. I was surprised by the bathroom, very comfortable and with a large shower. Basically, here you can take a shower just like at home. Finally, I would also like to mention the quality of the windows. The soundproofing level is very high. Don't be fooled by my photos. From these, in fact, the room may seem a little crowded and restricted. But I want to point out that we took a double room and only later did we add a single bed. This also suggests the great availability of the staff, which you will find throughout your stay. If you are looking for a structure that offers you an excellent service but that doesn't cost a fortune, in a strategic point, from which you can reach Ascoli Piceno or San Benedetto del Tronto with a short car trip, Casale del Sole is what's right for you. I would definitely stay here again!

If our wedding was a success we owe it to this wonderful place; the location was appreciated by all the guests, the staff is very kind and helpful. All with an excellent quality/price ratio. 09/06/2025: Authentic little privately owned bar in the heart of Parma. The friendly owner serves with a big smile. Regretfully, I don't speak Italian. You can get ham in the form of a small filled croissant, which tastes very good. There is a small terrace on the pavement of a beautiful, narrow, and quiet street where it is nice to watch people passing several of them saying hello and waving at the owner. € 2 for a glass of wine is like a gift. This cozy cafe is a jewel in Parma.

08/07/2025: I trusted the reviews and went for dinner with my wife. The place looks very nice, with a lovely terrace, a veranda, and a well-furnished indoor dining room. The welcome was warm, the service excellent, and the food was good, albeit overly generous in portions, but of excellent quality. Overall, an experience I'll repeat if I ever find myself in the SBT area again.
