I had a wonderful time at this restaurant: the atmosphere is welcoming and elegant, the service excellent and attentive, but the real highlight is clearly the food. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, the selection of seafood in the appetizer tastings is extensive, and the pairings are varied and surprising, yet always delicious. They were even kind enough to wrap up everything we didn't finish. I absolutely recommend it for a special evening!

One of the best seafood restaurants I've ever eaten at is exceptional: the raw appetizers are fresh and made with as much local ingredients as possible, offering refined, haute cuisine—true "gems" from the chef. The same goes for the cooked dishes and first courses. P.S. The wine list, with a particular focus on local produce, is also worth a try!

We've been frequenting Chefish for years, and although we occasionally try other restaurants for a change, we always end up coming back here. It's become a given for us. As a lover of raw fish, I can honestly say that I've rarely found the same quality, freshness, variety, and abundance anywhere else. The fish is impeccable every time, and you can sense the great attention to detail in selecting the ingredients. Special praise goes to Alessio, the owner and chef, who, with passion, skill, and perseverance, has managed to create a restaurant that has never disappointed us over the years. It's not easy to consistently maintain such a high standard, yet every time we return, we find the same quality that made us fall in love with this place. We've tried many seafood restaurants, but in the end, the comparison always brings us here. If we want to eat well and be sure of a safe bet, we choose Chefish without even thinking about it. For us, it remains the absolute benchmark for seafood, especially raw fish. Congratulations to Alessio and the entire staff: behind every dish, you can see the passion for this work. We decided to go for a full menu, ordering all the appetizers—raw, cold, and hot—followed by a first and second course, and every dish lived up to (if not exceeded) our expectations. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and carefully prepared: you could immediately taste the quality. The service was good, attentive without being intrusive, and it helped make the lunch even more enjoyable. It's been a long time since I've eaten such good fish: a highly recommended experience for anyone who loves properly prepared fish.
