It offers excellent pizza topped with quality ingredients and a variety of flavors. The first and second courses are also delicious, especially the fish ones. It also offers gluten-free options. Highly recommended!

07/12/2025: Enoteca Bar a Vino di Rossi Giuseppe is a true gem in Fermo. An intimate and welcoming place, with a warm atmosphere and extremely kind and attentive staff. We went for dinner after a theater show and were truly surprised by the surprise menu, entirely entrusted to the chef. A winning choice, because every course was excellent, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The variety of dishes and the quality of the flavors make the experience even more special. The price was absolutely fair for what was offered. A place we'll definitely return to.

It feels like being at home, tasting different, carefully crafted dishes. In these places, as I always say, you even get to eat the ingredients we often overlook because they're so tasty! Chef Rodrigo is top notch.

15/11/2025: A diamond set in the beautiful village of Ripe San Ginesio, a delightful experience from arrival to farewell. We enjoyed a selection of delicious appetizers, with special mention for the creamed cod and tuna focaccia. Two first courses, cappelletti and imperial minestra, were also exquisite. The service was exceptional. Your new favorite restaurant.

30/01/2026: I was lucky enough to eat at Capriccio degli dei for New Year's Eve dinner, and it was truly a blessing! The dinner was all seafood, and it was delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked simply and perfectly, with perfect results! You could taste the freshness of the fish in all its deliciousness. I've rarely eaten so well. I highly recommend it.

24/01/2026: WE HAD LUNCH TODAY. We found the restaurant welcoming, elegant, and meticulously decorated. The food was excellent. The raw fish and other dishes are highly recommended. The fish was excellent. Our compliments to the chef and the owner. And thanks to Mrs. Roberta for her advice on choosing the menu and for the professionalism and kindness of the service. We will gladly return.

21/02/2026: The food is excellent, with unique dishes and very friendly owners who are always willing to offer alternatives to the menu. The new table setting is beautiful. Yesterday we had a menu featuring tortelli stuffed with ricotta, asparagus, and carrots, topped with fondue and Cantiano black cherries, followed by tagliatelle with ragù (for me, who's intolerant to tomato, tagliatelle with white wild boar ragù), fries, pizza slices, water, wine, beer, coffee, or moretta, all for €25. Everything was delicious, finger-licking good.

16/02/2026: We booked dinner with Valery well in advance. We arrived confident and with high expectations. We sat down at a fairly comfortable table, the waiters coming and going. A waiter quickly took our order. Nothing special, cheeses, medium-rare steak, potatoes, and chicory. I should point out that the message sent to Valery mentioned a welcome service was offered... and nothing, no welcome offer. We waited and waited, then realized that the cheese might have had a problem with its delivery (we thought: "Oh, they're cheeses!" There's no preparation, just cutting and bringing them to the table, but they never arrived). The waiters came and went, it was difficult to intercept one, until the same waiter who took the order was intercepted and I reported that we still didn't have anything, not even the water, which arrived shortly after. I ordered sparkling, but it magically arrived without bubbles... I should point out that by then about 80 minutes had passed since the order was placed (yes!!! a full 1 hour and 15 minutes). The waiter says he's sorry, and I tell him I'm sorry too. Shortly after, the "steak" arrives with two (not much more) forks of chicory and two potatoes. The cheese is nonexistent, and at this point we didn't ask for it. Okay, finally! The steak has arrived, so to speak, but instead we start tasting it and notice with great amazement that the steak was barely warm, and after a few minutes it was already cold. I'm astonished by this fact; needless to say, maybe he could have "heated" it, but if he has to Re-heat it... Something doesn't usually bring, you shouldn't re-heat. So for a variety of reasons, the super steak remains both on the plate and on the tray that brought it. Perhaps these facts overshadowed the positive aspects; perhaps they were there but now faded into the background. There was a discount of about 9 euros on the 95... but in reality the meat was a little cheaper à la carte... but that's fine, so I wonder... discount?

30/01/2026: Excellent place, truly excellent food, every course has its own unique flavor. The owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They make you feel at home and make you want to try everything, but the prices are a bit high, so you have to moderate your spending a bit. I left my heart there... for another reason, too. I don't know if I'll ever go back 🥹... but... congratulations, truly.

08/02/2026: My partner and I went there for lunch on Sunday. We sat down and noticed that the tablecloth was dirty and there were crumbs under the table. We pointed this out to the waitress who promptly changed it. As for the food, the first courses were good, but the pasticciata and the erba cotta were rather bland and flavorless. The bill, in our opinion, was a little above average. Honestly, we were a little disappointed.

12/02/2026: My favorite comfort zone... amazing tartare with chips, superb "incaciati," top-notch stew, and incredibly dry frittini... too few :-) and the wine list is always top-notch!!! I love this place. It has a magical atmosphere that always makes good things happen... in addition to the spot-on menu options, the top-notch beer, and the killer playlist!!!

17/12/2025: Warm and welcoming atmosphere for refined traditional and non-traditional dishes
