11/01/2026: I'm at this restaurant for dinner with friends. The staff is friendly, so let's move on to the menu: it was very popular, with an excellent variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. It's a shame that when we ordered, we were strongly advised against requesting a risotto with saffron and speck (recommended for two people on the menu) because it took forever. I was disappointed. We immediately moved on to another request for carbonara: this too was denied because a very simple carbonara would take forever. And let's not even talk about the bruschetta: the 120cm menu recommended four flavors, but when we ordered, the lady advised us to choose only three. Basically, we ate what the lady said. Finally, the table next to us had been served several carbonaras! What happened was not right.

07/12/2025: Extraordinary pizzas, incredibly light, fragrant, and above all delicious! Run by young people with a passion for excellence. I highly recommend them. I've been to this pizzeria several times, and each visit has been better than the last. The quality of the pizzas is truly excellent: light dough, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. Every time I return, they're even better! Kudos to the staff for their care and passion.

09/03/2026: I went for dinner on Thursday, March 5, 2026, and it was truly a surprise. Everything was top-notch! The staff was very courteous, the manager extremely welcoming, and the pizza was breathtaking. The price was reasonable considering the high-quality ingredients. When I return to Pesaro, it will be a must-visit.

07/03/2026: There's nowhere in the world where, after making a reservation, you have to wait over an hour to get a table, people left to fend for themselves at the door. I've never seen anything like it.

30/09/2025: Lovely place. We stayed only one night in September, the first mountain bike stop on the Sibillini ring, but we had a wonderful time. Helpful staff, wonderful rooms, fantastic breakfast, and a pool in an annex separate from the main building. They also have a storage area for e-bike charging. They're not very close to the village of Montefortino, but you can get there by bike in 10 minutes (uphill). Highly recommended.
