The Florentine T-Bone (Barà) was quite good, with excellent fried cheese and Ascoli olives. Unfortunately, all the meats on the menu were sold out, so we had to choose from the recommended beef. The prices were a bit high for the quality of the meat, but still acceptable.
PS: You don't ask for the meat to be cooked when ordering a Florentine steak...there's only one way to cook a T-Bone: RARE!

We found a table by chance, as it's usually fully booked, so reservations are recommended. The atmosphere is modern, the service is fast, and the staff is young, dynamic, cheerful, and attentive. The non-vegetarian options are excellent. We tried the Angus tagliata, cooked to order, with basmati rice, grilled vegetables, and baked potatoes. Excellent. The "Italy" and chicken salad were also excellent. Excellent value for money.

Five stars is the minimum. We booked yesterday for a family dinner. We ordered several different meats, and they were all delicious and perfectly cooked. We also really enjoyed the Ascoli olives because you can taste the artisanal flavor and the meat inside is well-crafted and flavorful. The service was attentive, friendly, and fast.
We'll definitely be back!

Excellent location, beautiful decor, including the outdoor space. Excellent food and reasonable value. The only flaw was the lack of hospitality from the manager, I believe (he wasn't in uniform) and one of the waiters. Dessert was slammed on our table, and we couldn't ask a question because he turned his back on us in a flash.
For me, this is an important factor in the overall rating.

As for me and my better half, I can only confirm the good things I've already said previously. Excellent meat quality and excellent service, both in terms of speed and ability to advise customers. Perhaps a suggestion, if I may, is to move outside tables, especially those near the restaurant entrance, to prevent customers from eating while others are crowded around their table waiting to be taken to their table. As I mentioned at the beginning, a new opinion from my son... He literally said "the best meat I've ever eaten".... Almost 9 years old... I've said it all. Congratulations again.
