Excellent cuisine. Many unique and tasty options, including vegetarian options. Centrally located, just steps from Piazza del Popolo and the seafront. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very refined and welcoming! Also excellent for takeout.

But it's not just piadinas! The creamed cod served with grilled polenta is excellent. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make for a wonderful setting. If you're with a group, it's best to book.

26/02/2026: A short 3-day vacation in Urbino... and once we discovered "Il Girarrosto," we never left!!! Traditional and sincere cuisine always top-notch, a welcoming atmosphere... and the lady in the dining room, Francesca, who welcomes you with kindness and professionalism. We were lucky to find you... thanks, see you soon.
11/01/2026: The only place, in my opinion, where I've had a good experience: food, location, and hospitality. A well-deserved 5 stars.
