22/02/2026: The fresh pasta dishes were raw and inedible, and the portions were not generous enough for the price. On a sore point: if you don't buy the cake in the restaurant, get it from their pastry shop across the street, and bring your own to serve, they charge €1.50 per slice of the cake, which you've already paid for. No comment, I wouldn't recommend it, and it's not for me.

22/02/2026: A good restaurant on the road to Sarnano with reasonable parking. The quality of the food, especially the meat, is very high. The service is friendly, attentive, and always available. Excellent wine cellar. The only drawback is the price of the dessert, which dramatically increases the otherwise average final bill.

04/01/2026: A small restaurant on the beach. We tried the "Pinataccia," their signature dish. It's truly well-made, respecting the ingredients, treated with care, and never overcooked. Served with toasted bread, paccheri, or long pasta. Generous portions, fair prices, and a very friendly staff.

31/03/2026: 4-star environment because it's clearly obvious that it was an apartment. It could be improved with a few modifications, but it's not mine, so it's fine. Everything else was excellent, though!

29/03/2026: If you're in Macerata, Da Rosa restaurant is a must-see. The welcoming and well-kept venue makes you feel instantly at home. The food is truly excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients that come through in every bite. But the real gem is the owner: kind, friendly, and always ready to make guests feel at ease, making the experience even more enjoyable. A place where you eat well and feel right at home. Highly recommended!

30/10/2025: Lots of locals eat there. A good sign. With a shared antipasti caldo and a main course each, we were more than satisfied. So, don't overorder. We had a table right next to a window, which allowed us to see directly into the kitchen. Very nice. The fish soup was generous and could easily be shared between two people. Everything tasted delicious.

The prices are truly fair (I'd even say low) for both the tasting menus and the à la carte dishes. A fine selection of local wines and attentive, elegant service in the dining room!!! A truly pleasure every time!!!

15/03/2026: Typical restaurant in the harbor area, near the fish market and maritime museum. Displays are seafood-inspired, using excellent quality ingredients. Fast, discreet, and courteous service in a truly welcoming atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the seaside theme. Excellent wine by the glass, and the dessert menu is also excellent.

11/03/2026: A disappointing experience in several respects. ​I've been to this place 3 or 4 times, each time hoping for an improvement that never came. ​Ambience and Cleanliness: The place is extremely noisy, making conversation difficult. The decor is overloaded with objects that don't follow a logical thread and, unfortunately, give off a sense of neglect. It lacks a real identity. ​Food: The overall quality is mediocre. I received a burnt pizza that was so dry it was difficult to even cut; I didn't send it back only to avoid the already extremely long wait. The fries were overly salty, and the food overall was heavy, greasy, and unhealthy. A note on the Rossini: the egg/mayonnaise combination is a unique flavor that's standard here, but it certainly doesn't save the dish, and not everyone likes it. ​Service and Accessibility: The staff always seems rushed, with wait times that are decidedly excessive and always busy. Furthermore, the restaurant is absolutely not suitable for families with children or people with disabilities due to the limited space available. ​In summary: A subpar experience. The "novelty effect" of mayonnaise on the pizza isn't enough to compensate for the lack of attention to detail and quality.

The fries weren't the usual ones, but rather slices of fried potatoes! Excellent! Well done! I'd gladly return (traveling from Puglia to Emilia Romagna with a one-night stop in Civitanova).
