I hadn't been back to the Locanda for a while, and I must say with immense pleasure that I had a fantastic meal. A selection of superb appetizers, especially the caponata (which isn't as good as it used to be in Sicily), and for the main course, a fantastic peppered fillet steak. My heartfelt compliments, the chef confirms his place among the best in Ascoli Piceno. Go there!

The dishes are top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming and classy. The service deserves an honorable mention: the owner, besides being a wonderful person, makes you feel at home! Definitely my favorite restaurant in Ascoli Piceno. Highly recommended!

Locanda Imperfetta is a name that, fortunately, isn't reflected in the food.
The cuisine is truly excellent: clear flavors, respected ingredients, and dishes that are, without hesitation, worth the trip. There's personality, balance, and a genuine gastronomic intention that makes the experience interesting and memorable.
The service, however, tells a different story. The welcome is warm and sincere, with a smile everywhere, but in some respects, a certain lack of professionalism emerges. A little more training in the dining room profession, a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine service, and time management would allow the same level of excellence achieved by the kitchen to be achieved.
With a dining room worthy of the kitchen, the experience would be complete.
As it stands today, it remains a restaurant worth discovering—especially for what's served.

A remarkable experience from every perspective.
A welcoming atmosphere, attentive, cheerful, and professional service. Despite it being January 3rd and the busy holiday season, Caterina and the dining room staff were truly special and made us feel pampered and at home.
The cuisine was amazing, featuring classic dishes but with truly excellent contemporary interpretations.
The freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
The tartare with hazelnut sauce and fried egg as an appetizer were delicious, and the beef cheek was buttery. The tortellone with guinea fowl (off-menu) was Michelin-starred.
Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back as soon as we return to Ascoli Piceno.

We went for lunch today, a truly excellent restaurant. Their homemade stuffed pasta dishes are exquisite. The staff was excellent: attentive, kind, and fast. A wonderful experience.

A truly delicious and enjoyable dinner, with delicious appetizers and desserts (tartare and crostatina)!
The first course, the pappardelle, was exquisite; I dream about them at night.
The staff was kind and welcoming.

We went for a dinner with friends (15 people) and were truly satisfied. The location is a historic building in the center, with a well-organized interior. The welcome was pleasant, with a welcome bubbly.
The menu, decided in advance based on the chef's reliable advice, included five different appetizers to be enjoyed together in a convivial style. This was followed by a first and second course, both excellent. Finally, dessert and coffee. Alongside some typically traditional dishes, the reinterpretations were also appreciated, which, without overdoing it, allowed us to experience unexpected flavors.
For drinks, we chose a good Montepulciano. We had planned for four bottles (one for every four people), but in the end we ordered five at no extra cost.
The alternative dishes were excellent, even for someone with a gluten intolerance.
The price was fair, especially considering the quality of the dishes.
