I'm not just talking about the excellent food—that would almost be expected at a restaurant of this caliber—but the extraordinary experience the chef and his team provided. A surprising menu, full of creativity, innovation, and unexpected moments like eating with your hands, which brought us back to the pure, instinctive pleasure of taste. The added value? Moreno Cedroni's presence, who personally presented some of the dishes, accompanying them with stories that shared his journey, his genius, and his tireless research. 01/09/2025: We had lunch today overlooking the sea. Being Monday, September 1st, and also a windy day, there weren't many people, so even at the bar there were tables available without a reservation. Friendly, helpful staff, a wonderful seaside location, a superb menu (amazing sandwiches, craft beers), even for kids, and more than fair prices. Highly recommended!

26/08/2025: L'Amaca is a casual and welcoming place where you can go barefoot on your way home from the beach. You know you'll find great music, food that will never disappoint, and fantastically friendly staff. All this right on the beach, facing the sea, where you almost always see stunning sunsets and sometimes even dolphins! A place where even if you enter feeling stressed, you leave feeling calmer! We've been going to L'Amaca since it opened, and it will always be our favorite place. Thanks guys!

05/10/2025: We had a truly wonderful time at Osteria Zanchetti. An experience that goes beyond simply "eating out": here, you can sense care, passion, and a sincere welcome in every detail. The menu is simple, with just a few select options, and this very choice demonstrates a great attention to the quality of the ingredients. Each dish seems tailor-made, crafted with exquisite ingredients, unusual combinations, and details that engage all the senses: spices, nuts, crunchy textures... it's a true gastronomic experience. The setting is intimate and cozy, with limited seating creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with a kind, knowledgeable, and attentive waitress. One detail that struck us: upon arrival, we found a personalized note on the table wishing us a good evening. A simple gesture, but one that makes all the difference. During the wait, we were offered a taste of the local cuisine, including toasted bread and a truly excellent sparkling red wine. At the end of the dinner, in addition to dessert, we were treated to artisanal rosolio and amaro liqueurs, accompanied by a box of homemade chocolates. For the quality of the experience, the price is absolutely fair—in fact, it's probably less than the true value of what's on offer. A big round of applause to the chef, who demonstrates ambition, technique, and heart. We can't wait to return. Best of luck to this special place!

30/09/2025: We happened to eat at La Posta by chance. It's a beautiful place, especially the downstairs. The staff is friendly, relaxed, and always on point. Reasonable prices and excellent ingredients. Definitely recommended. 🩷🩷

The helpfulness of Enrico and the waitress (whose name, unfortunately, I don't remember) was the icing on the cake of a delicious dinner, featuring fresh, local products prepared with experience and passion. The perfect choice to enjoy typical Adriatic dishes, prepared according to tradition but with a touch of the chef's personality! Everything was superb!

11/10/2025: Excellent experience and highly recommended restaurant. Fresh raw fish, perfectly fried, and delicious grilled fish. Impeccable service; both the waitress and the owner gave us excellent advice on what to eat and the right wine to pair.

02/09/2025: The trattoria is a corner of traditional Marche home cooking, nestled in a historic setting; the layout is simple, but the dishes are 5-star quality. The wait for the dishes is normal, the service is punctual and precise, and the dishes are delicious and plentiful at reasonable prices. The pappardelle with wild boar and duck are excellent, and the Marche tripe is exquisite. I absolutely recommend it.

12/10/2025: For meat lovers, I'd say we're in the Temple of Meat. Exceptional tagliata, and the mixed grill was equally delicious. The first course, tortello with stracotto, was delicious. Excellent, fast service, and friendly staff. Definitely worth returning.
