31/03/2025: I gave 4 stars to the food and not 5 only because I chose a risotto that I found too salty but it could depend exclusively on my taste. The rest was really excellent and the environment was truly typical, characteristic and welcoming. Fast service and friendly staff.

18/03/2025: We had lunch with friends in this wonderful, beautifully decorated place, you can feel the flavour of an old tavern and it is fabulous. The food is excellent, from the cold cuts to the first courses. Very helpful staff and the price is normal. If we ever pass by these parts again, we will definitely be back!

16/03/2025: Cozy and traditional restaurant, typical Valtellina cuisine and pizzas. I loved everything, the staff were very kind and attentive! The cured meat platter and the pizzoccheri were so good that I was too busy enjoying the food to take photos! Top!!!

19/03/2025: Buen ambiente personal agradable comida terrible. Realmente la peor comida que hemos tenido. Teníamos el menú largo y todo era carbohidratos y sin sabor. Te dan pan para que empiecen unas 6 personas (somos 2 ) ! Luego puré de papas con la venado crudo, pasta con el ragout malo... El principal estaba bien, pero no hay verduras a la vista!

05/01/2025: I have heard about this restaurant many times and everyone has praised its exceptional cuisine. Even though the menu is always the same, I can't judge it since I've never been there. Finally it was time to try it and I can say that every dish I tasted was phenomenal. I made my wife so happy and I'm really glad I chose to go. I will definitely be back! Thank you for this amazing dining experience!

16/03/2025: Ristorante bello, ben curato e soprattutto con un’atmosfera rilassante ed accogliente. Siamo state accolte con grande gentilezza e calore da tutto il personale. Ci hanno illustrato con precisione le caratteristiche dei vari piatti che erano un mix perfetto tra tradizione e innovazione, veramente delicatissimi. Abbiamo provato i pizzoccheri e i culargiones, entrambi ottimi. E per secondo il vitello con chips di patate viola che era squisito e tenerissimo. Inoltre ci hanno fatto assaggiare un amaro tipico locale, la taneda , che fra l’altro, producono loro, e ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Ci tornerei volentieri.

09/03/2025: Ci sono ritornato a cena con la mia fidanzata, tutto molto buono, ci ero già stato. Un po’ deluso della selezione di formaggi che la volta prima che ci sono erano molto più abbondanti. Abbiamo preso il tagliere di formaggi, come primo i pizzoccheri molto buoni, culurgiones sempre molto buoni e il dolce semifreddo che simulava un fungo e una seadas. Locale molto curato, alcune persone dello staff in alcuni momenti sono stati un po’ invadenti, però tutto molto buono, ci ritorneremo sicuramente

13/03/2025: We went there for the first time last Thursday for lunch and had a great time! After we sat down, they offered us a taste of their bresaola, which was truly delicious. We ordered the schisciat as a starter, which are a little different from the sciat but just as good. They have a square shape and are filled not only with cheese but also with bresaola. As first courses we had chestnut tagliatelle with taleggio cream and speck and manfrigole, which are crepes rolled up with stringy cheese and bresaola. One was better than the other, really, we did a great job getting them. The manfrigole in particular were delicious and if we were to return I would definitely get them again. As for the tagliatelle, perhaps the speck could be improved by choosing another type of cut because it was too thin and too dry and hard. Still feeling a little hungry, I also ordered the mixed grilled meat (there were pork ribs, beef/pork fillets I think, a lamb chop and a small sausage) with polenta, grilled vegetables (courgettes and peppers) and potatoes. The meat was perfect, soft, flavorful and cooked to perfection. I left the polenta with my boyfriend who is crazy about it and I think he liked it. The vegetables were done well and the potatoes were perfect both in cutting and cooking. Finally, to satisfy our sweet tooth, we ordered the buckwheat cake with blueberry jam. The cake itself wasn't bad, despite it being a type of dessert that isn't one of my favourites. The main problem was the temperature: too cold since it had probably just been taken out of the fridge. I don't know if this could be improved in some way, perhaps by heating it a little before serving it. We also took water and a glass of wine and spent around €57 if I'm not mistaken. The place inside is nice although not very large, but we were lucky enough to end up at a table of 4, so you can't say we were cramped. The service was also more than correct as well as quick. I absolutely recommend this crotto to anyone who wants to come to the area and be on the safe side. The food is really good!!!

21/03/2025: We called for the Easter Monday menu on the advice of friends, it seems really inviting, the place seems really beautiful. Initially a very kind girl answered the phone and explained the menu and the price. I spoke to my boyfriend and we called back to confirm the reservation, when we asked to bring a dog with us we were almost attacked because I had asked to bring a large dog because 'if there are other dogs then blablabla' I'm sorry if rude people brought you dogs that are not used to certain contexts, but in a farmhouse it seems ABSURD to me in 2025 not to allow large dogs, but small ones that bark every now and then yes. Furthermore, it is not mandatory to bring a dog everywhere, she could have said it differently. After an answer like that I'm not even interested in trying it. Remove the written dogs allowed because it's a bullshit to pretend to be pet friendly, embarrassing. Do a good soul-searching and realize that the embarrassing ways are not mine but yours during the phone call. If in the other reviews they also confirm your rudeness, it is time to take it seriously, that the nice place and the food are worth nothing in an environment like this. I do not demand a dog allowed, I demand education. It would have been enough to explain the reasons without making a scene on the phone. Good luck 👍🏻
