10/06/2025: Really beautiful location, especially if you have lunch/dinner at the tables in the garden in the summer (I recommend booking in advance). I am now a regular customer, the quality of the raw material is always excellent, the tagliata and the fillet are exquisite, pizzoccheri and tagliolini with venison ragù. The mixed antipasto with sciatt wow. The place is very clean, the staff is always kind and smiling. Relatives and friends that I have brought there have always been very happy and have even returned even though they live in other provinces. Top

04/05/2025: Restaurant located in the center of Sondrio in a hidden street. A place that immediately makes you understand that you have made an excellent choice. Everything perfect: atmosphere, food (excellent house red wine) and hospitality. I must say that going to Sondrio was a good choice. The bill was proportionate to the excellent lunch. 06/04/2025: A unique sensory experience – beyond all expectations 5 stars are not enough to describe the extraordinary experience I had in this restaurant. Each dish is a work of art, not only in its presentation but above all in its flavours, perfectly balanced, surprising and deeply respectful of seasonality and vegetable raw materials. The tasting journey was a sensorial journey: each tasting told a story, a territory, a creative and sustainable vision of cuisine. From the small initial bites served on natural and minimalist supports, to the delicacy of the main dishes such as the artichoke ravioli and the corn and truffle dish, everything was executed with almost surgical precision. The non-alcoholic drinks are excellent, very particular and thirst-quenching. The service is impeccable: attentive but never intrusive, with a fascinating narrative of each course. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the natural wood of the tables and the rustic details create a perfect contrast with the modernity of the gastronomic offer. An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to rediscover vegetables in an innovative, elegant and deeply emotional way. I will definitely come back.

21/03/2025: A definite recommendation if you're in Livigno! Service, ambiance, dishes, and food are all well-thought-out and taste excellent! The food here is truly an experience! We had a fantastic evening. Excellent value for money! For me as a vegan, it was an absolute highlight!

25/06/2025: We were there for dinner. The service from two waitresses was very attentive. Unfortunately, this impression was permanently ruined over the course of the evening by the youngest waitress present. The food gets a solid B. The wine as well. The tiramisu looked very nice, but couldn't live up to it in terms of taste. All in all, a pleasant evening that we enjoyed nonetheless.

24/06/2025: Restaurant in the center of Tirano, good food and very beautiful plating. The waitress Michele was very kind during the reservation. Disappointed, however, by the service in the room which was slow but above all not very attentive, the cutlery was missing when the first course arrived, the man was always served first and little attention from the waitress who was perhaps very young and inexperienced. We dined all evening with the previously made aperitif at the table. We were not informed that some fish dishes on the menu were missing. Small oversights that however made the evening a little less pleasant.

08/05/2025: We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pedranzini during the British Alpine Ski Nationals this year. The staff are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely exceptional! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves.
