05/08/2025: Very beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. Decorated with various handmade wooden animal figurines, the retreat is truly unique.
21/06/2025: Splendid view, peace and serenity that you can find refuge.
After 4 years I returned, on a day not sunny but I was lucky enough to find the refuge open, family-run with which I immediately entered into harmony.
Rustic environment and exceptional welcome, warmth and empathy received from the owner and the guests found there.
Certainly not a place sought after for comfort but exceptional for anyone who wants to have an experience outside the box.
Genuine and excellent quality food.
You can get there on foot starting from Dazio, with a 30/45 minute walk with medium-demanding sections.
For me it fully deserves 5 stars.

17/12/2025: I stayed at this hotel in early December and I have to say everything was perfect: beautiful building, comfortable, and warm rooms. The bathroom was new and the shower was fantastic. I also had dinner at their restaurant, and I must say, everything was delicious. I also want to say a few words about the staff: they were wonderful and extremely kind, from the reception staff to the kitchen staff and the cleaning ladies. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its location, just steps from the train station. Plus, there's a large free parking lot in front of the hotel if you have a car!
09/12/2025: I happened to stay at this property by chance. The comfort was good, the room spacious and well-air-conditioned. It also had good soundproofing, both from outside and outside. The staff was kind and welcoming. The only downside was that, despite the property being half-empty, I was given a room with a rear view, and just to be clear, there weren't even a pair of disposable slippers in the room. I mention this because in a €110-a-night room, these should be the bare minimum, as should a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. Instead, there was only the noisy minibar.
In short, a nice room...but it could definitely be better.

Grande attenzione alla stagionalità e alle materie prime del territorio abbinate allo stupore del cliente (in particolare per quanto riguarda i dessert)! Abbinamenti azzeccati, sia nei cibi, che nei vini! Noi abbiamo optato per un menù degustazione a sorpresa dello chef, il quale è stato veramente un'esperienza, più che una cena! Torneremo sicuramente appena ripasseremo dalla Valtellina!
05/07/2025: Location caratteristica è molto curata in ogni dettaglio . Posizione spettacolare accanto ad un torrente fresco, immersa nella natura, una vera oasi di pace!! Cena ottima, con piatti tipici ma anche alternative gourmet molto gradite. Colazione divina con pane burro e marmellata, bresaola, formaggi e dolci di ogni tipo. Una coccola!!!

05/12/2025: We had a great couple's vacation. The property is very welcoming and charming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, especially the steakhouse. The ski slope is very close, practically behind the property.
I recommend it.

Had an excellent dining experience at Ristorante La Bicocca. The staff were super friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we walked in.
The pizza was delicious and freshly made, and the leek soup was full of flavour — both at a very reasonable price. Everything was served promptly and with genuine hospitality.
A great place to enjoy good food, friendly service, and excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

12/12/2025: Very average experience overall. The food was mediocre, the service was poor, and they even forgot the order for one person in our group. It’s not expensive, but it’s not cheap either. €15 for a weak burger — honestly, you’re better off adding a few more euros and eating somewhere else.
