10/08/2025: I am an Athlete and this is the third time I have been to this particular hotel in Livigno for preparation. The hotel offers you everything, wonderful rich food, an excellent spa for relaxation, high-quality facilities ideal for athletes and for tourism. The hotel staff is always willing and helpful for whatever you need, as well as Mr. Donato, very hospitable and kind. You have easy access to everything. The place is charming. Thank you

08/08/2025: A week that started off on the uphill slope but continued almost perfectly. An absolutely positive and noteworthy strength is the reception and restaurant staff. They're young, extremely kind, professional, always attentive and ready to accommodate guests' needs. A truly fantastic human experience. As a very demanding guest, I can only be extremely grateful, starting with the infinite courtesy and thoughtfulness of the young woman who welcomed and greeted us at reception. As for the stay, I'd start with the restaurant. The breakfasts and dinners during our week-long stay were a constant and pleasant discovery. The breakfast and dinner buffets, while not huge, offer everything you could want. They're constantly replenished, so the quantity is impeccable. The dinners were absolutely fantastic. Every evening, you have a choice between three menus for first and second courses; the dishes are carefully prepared, plentiful, and of excellent quality. The idea is to be at the restaurant every evening. A truly delightful culinary experience with very enjoyable options. The only small flaw was the choice of only one dessert... But the ice cream as an alternative was delicious. For these reasons, we extend our deep appreciation to the dining room and kitchen staff. The hotel rooms are new, with great attention to detail, from the lighting to the fabric colors. They are clean. The wellness center/pool is small but pleasant. The pool water isn't particularly hot, but I was told this is due to the chlorine-free water purification process. The location is slightly outside of Livigno's city center, which allows for mountain views but requires either a bicycle or car to reach the center. In conclusion, an excellent week. Thank you!

11/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Livigno, housed in a historic chalet. It offers a few seats on the ground floor and a dining room in the basement. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent, traditional dishes are also available. A children's menu is also available.

07/09/2025: Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this place. It took us almost 50 minutes to get the food on our table and the dishes were not really made with care: the pasta with mushroom barely had sauce (and the sauce basically had no taste). It gave us the impression that this place makes fast cooking food for turists. Price would be ok, if the food would be ok. And about the personnel: we had to stand up two times and go to the waiter to order the drinks.

07/09/2025: Trattoria with a capital T. Here, you dine with respect for the dignity of the food. A wide selection of dishes cooked like home. Excellent quality and adequate quantities, ideal for those who appreciate good food. The prices are in line with the offerings, in the true spirit of a trattoria. Full marks.

05/08/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo con gli amici, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti dello chalet, 1 taroz in crosta di parmigiano con salame nostrano, carrè d agnello,salmi di cervo con polenta, e 1 Tzigoiner ( mi sembra si chiami così) , carne molto tenera ,molto buona ,1 coppa di castagne e 2 tiramisù,2 piatti di pasta ( forse l unica pecca,xe nn c era molta scelta x i bambini a cui nn piace molto mangiare) . Sicuramente da ritornare ( senza bambini) .

23/08/2025: Wonderful place! The refuge can be reached by car. There is adjacent parking. The kitchen is open from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, but throughout the day you can enjoy mixed platters and sandwiches, as well as local cakes, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Several trails start from there. For those who have a few hours, I recommend visiting the Acque Sparse lakes, just an hour from the refuge.

12/07/2025: Personale cortese ed efficiente, posto caratteristico, curato e pulito, piatti buonissimi e bellissimi! Grande attenzione alla stagionalità e alle materie prime del territorio abbinate allo stupore del cliente (in particolare per quanto riguarda i dessert)! Abbinamenti azzeccati, sia nei cibi, che nei vini! Noi abbiamo optato per un menù degustazione a sorpresa dello chef, il quale è stato veramente un'esperienza, più che una cena! Torneremo sicuramente appena ripasseremo dalla Valtellina!

05/07/2025: Location caratteristica è molto curata in ogni dettaglio . Posizione spettacolare accanto ad un torrente fresco, immersa nella natura, una vera oasi di pace!! Cena ottima, con piatti tipici ma anche alternative gourmet molto gradite. Colazione divina con pane burro e marmellata, bresaola, formaggi e dolci di ogni tipo. Una coccola!!!

21/06/2025: Splendid view, peace and serenity that you can find refuge. After 4 years I returned, on a day not sunny but I was lucky enough to find the refuge open, family-run with which I immediately entered into harmony. Rustic environment and exceptional welcome, warmth and empathy received from the owner and the guests found there. Certainly not a place sought after for comfort but exceptional for anyone who wants to have an experience outside the box. Genuine and excellent quality food. You can get there on foot starting from Dazio, with a 30/45 minute walk with medium-demanding sections. For me it fully deserves 5 stars.

07/08/2025: Lunch consisted of a small mixed salad and a primo piatti linguine. Since we didn't order a secondo, the service afterwards was rather unfriendly. At the checkout, we felt really ripped off by the tourist prices. I don't think the many locals had to shell out €23 for a plate of pasta and salad. Our mistake again: not asking the price beforehand, but relying on the recommendation. We'll drive past it next time!

16/07/2025: Sono stata a cena ovvero ho tentato di cenare al club 59 senza ottenere un risultato. Siamo passati, abbiamo prenotato alle 19:30 per le 20.15. Siamo arrivati ci siamo seduti ci hanno portato le carte del cibo e dei vini dopo una ventina di minuti sono venuti a raccogliere l’ordinazione. Due polipi e due risotti. Dopodiché non abbiamo più visto nessuno per circa un’ora. Abbiamo sollecitato due volte, c’è stato detto che era il personale in carenza e di avere pazienza Dopo un’ora si sono accorti che non ci hanno portato il polpo come antipasto e di fretta ci hanno portato un risotto che era completamente crudo e molto farinoso probabilmente per l’impanatura di farina del pesce persico …assolutamente immangiabile quindi ci siamo accontentati di bere un bicchiere di vino ….poi hanno tentato di rimediare non facendoci pagare la cena, ma questo non è un rimedio perché la serata è stata completamente rovinata, quindi direi punteggio pessima

09/06/2025: Cena all'aperto in 4 persone. Carta molto invitante con piatti ben descritti e soprattutto ben presentati. Servizio curato da giovani camerieri molto discreti e molto professionali. Tutte le portate ci hanno pienamente soddisfatti e per questo ci siamo complimentati col titolare. Conto assolutamente corretto. Complimenti.
