24/12/2024: A wonderful place, everything was excellent from the starter to the dessert to the service. Coming back!!!!!!

16/12/2024: The farmhouse is located in a renovated village which is very pretty and probably at its best in summer. There is a large lawn and a small playground, a goldfish tank and outdoor tables under the shade of large trees and pergolas. The restaurant is on several levels with stairs, so accessibility for people with reduced mobility is somewhat limited. For our family lunch, we reserved a room on the ground floor. There were many of us and we were right together, very intimate. The seats with the low backrest are particular but uncomfortable, in fact for the older ones we had normal chairs. The decoration of the walls is beautiful and the temperature of the room is just right, despite the cold day. The menu ordered is typical of the area: cured meats, sciatt, pizzoccheri, lamb. I really liked the crostini with honey and chestnuts and I tasted the nettle risotto with curiosity. The homemade cakes found space even though I was already more than full, after all the stomach for dessert is separate🤪. Efficient and kind staff: we had a good time and will certainly return, perhaps in the summer to make full use of the outdoors with the children. The restaurant has a private car park: however, the road to get there is narrow and requires attention especially when crossing paths with other cars.

28/01/2025: Great Japanese fusion tasting experience, we ended up there by accident. Unexpected restaurant in an indoor atmosphere with an industrial style with a beautiful view of a local waterfall. Impeccable service to appreciate the final friendliness of the chef, excellent and refined dishes, with an excellent range of menus to choose from.

11/01/2025: Vista spettacolare. E interni arredati con cura e ampio spazio interno. Al Poggio ai mangia valtellinese e non per forza sciatt e pizzoccheri. Il menù è ricco di belle chicche particolari e differenti dai piatti tradizionali. Sul menù si trova sempre anche qualcosa a base di pesce ovviamente non sempre locale, ma sempre ben cucinato e impiattato. Consiglio fortemente!

20/01/2025: My wife and I dined here in October, stopping by on our roadtrip. I'm so glad we did. This is a very special restaurant and was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. The couple that runs the place are lovely and she took so much time out of her day to give us very helpful tips about the surrounding areas. It was great to see the passion she has for Argentinian food and wine and sharing it with the world. The food was delicious and the ambience perfect on a cold autumn day. My wife had the steak and has been talking about it ever since. This is the kind of restaurant I would go out of my way to visit again. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and exceptional food.

12/02/2025: This restaurant was a real discovery, a culinary experience that delighted the palate. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made lunch even more enjoyable. Each dish was an explosion of flavours, prepared with care and passion. The careful presentation of the dishes testified to the passion of the chef. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable evening of good taste. The price was really low for the service offered if we consider that, with the tasting menus, we ate our fill and had drinks, dessert and coffee included for just 32 euros. I will definitely be back!

28/01/2025: Le Genzianella is a trattoria that has stood still in time with all the pros that this entails. Rich menu for around 32 euros (depending on what you choose with a fixed menu base). Simple but very good and tasty dishes, they compete with much more renowned and expensive places. Particular praise goes to the waitress, a very nice lady who went out of her way to serve everyone and please even the most snooty and annoying customers, we really appreciated her commitment. The advice is to book because the place is always very crowded given the excellent value for money. You can't miss their white pizzoccheri from Valchiavenna, DEVASTATING.

12/01/2025: The hotel is located just outside the village center, but is well connected by bus. It's not far to the slopes. The breakfast selection is okay and typically Italian, rather sweet. The room was good according to the price. The spa area available is sufficient and beautiful.

06/02/2025: We stayed in this hotel and in the evening we took advantage of the a la carte dinner. Waiters very helpful and quick in serving, delicious dishes, plentiful at a modest price. Pizzoccheri among the best I've eaten. Super recommended!

30/01/2025: Nice hotel a short distance from the cable car. All staff very friendly and nice. You can also get a board with cheeses and salami at the bar, but a couvert is charged. The bar by the slope closes too early, we didn't have time to try it after skiing. There is a ski room, a pool with a jacuzzi and a small sauna world, which is beautiful clean and not many people there (less than in the pool).

30/01/2025: I recommend the hotel! There is a garage, a ski storage room, a swimming pool, a SPA, the rooms are good and always clean (the cleaning is very good), delicious food in the restaurant.

22/01/2025: We have just had dinner in this refined restaurant with exposed stones that make it special. The food is of excellent quality, with a lot of attention to the presentation of the dishes and the portions are generous. The staff is attentive to customer needs without being at all intrusive. The correct price. If you pass through Tirano it is advisable to take a break in this restaurant.

19/01/2025: The food was really great! We tried the sciatt, the pizzoccheri and the eliche with venison ragout! Everything was delicious and among other things the plate of pizzoccheri was really plentiful and I had a hard time finishing it! We also had the pistachio crème brulé for dessert and that too was a very pleasant surprise! I noticed that the prices are more or less the same as in the area, but I thought the €7 dessert was a bit excessive, as was the €2.50 cover charge. The environment is very quiet, clean and welcoming and the staff are friendly

12/01/2025: Really good pasta (we had the ragu and carbonara) and steak. A drive uphill on a narrow road and it’s easy to miss where to park. Extensive wine list. Really value for money, warm service and superb food.

10/01/2025: Absolutamente el mejor restaurante en Bormio! El anfitrión era tan paciente y amable y acogedor, una mujer tan encantadora, probablemente el propietario! La comida era muy buena! El sarro con trufa negra, raviolis, tortellini con burrata e incluso solo la ensalada! Toda la comida y el vino era genial, el servicio era como el mejor y ambiente general! Recomiendo como restaurante de visita obligada en Bormio! ¡En realidad estamos regresando el sábado para disfrutar de nuestra última cena de los 5 días de vacaciones en Bormio! ¡Debo reservar con antelación!
