03/05/2026: As soon as we arrived, I felt like I was abroad! The first thing the reception staff did was speak English... WE'RE IN ITALY!!!!! Plus, all the receptionists were foreigners and barely spoke Italian IN ITALY! The bathroom was dirty with worn fixtures. Only one pillow was available on the bed. The in-house bar was prohibitively priced. The only positive note was the breakfast with a well-stocked dessert area.

06/12/2025: I went full of enthusiasm to try the brunch with savory breakfast. Never again will terrible and slow service occur. We came in at 10:45 and left at 12:30. They were slow to take our orders. After half an hour of being there, they told us they were out of bacon. We ordered a dish without bacon, but the breakfast arrived aesthetically bland and was absolutely not worth the price paid. Never again.

Excellent, from the welcome to the customer service; The only flaw is the speed with which the dishes were served; we hadn't even finished the appetizer before they'd already served the main course. But, the food is very good... kudos to the girl at the entrance...

13/05/2026: Spoons were forgotten and thrown at us, the pizza was liquid, the wait was over an hour, and the ladyfingers in the tiramisu weren't even soaked in coffee. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone go there and I will never go back.

04/05/2026: Highly recommended! The patio is filled with jasmine and perfect for a peaceful meal. The food is delicious and varied! The service is friendly.

02/12/2025: Only go if you have at least an hour: the service is really slow even if you order the menu of the day. The food is adequate, nothing exceptional, and the prices are too high: 30 euros for two starters, water, and coffee seems really too much! There are plenty of places where you can eat more, better, and spend less at lunch. Furthermore, the rudeness of the waitress, who, faced with a misunderstanding—which can happen—blamed me for not understanding the menu, doesn't speak well. It's a shame because the place is nice.

16/05/2026: Pavé is a sure thing! What can I say? A very nice place, good service, and high-quality products. The braid was amazing, and the Mellow Mood was truly exceptional. Beyond the quality of the ingredients and the baking, you can see that the products are well thought out (not too dry, not too moist, not too full or too thin). The drip coffee was also truly excellent. What can I say? A truly worthwhile little place!

15/05/2026: This bakery specializes in panettone, a traditional Latin cake eaten in the end of the year holidays. It’s amazing! Must try it. There are other desserts that are equally delicious. We had them for breakfast with coffee and hot chocolate.

05/06/2026: I can't comment on the food since I only had an aperitivo several months ago. However, as a regular customer, I often stopped in for a ginseng and a pack of cigarettes. There's a bit of confusion at the checkout: sometimes they accept different payment methods, other times not. The last time, the cashier told me I couldn't pay by card or debit card (I don't remember which), saying it wasn't convenient for him and comparing the situation to me working for free. He remembered me and warned me that this was the last time. I always try to stay calm and not get into arguments in such situations, as I fully understand that working with the public is not easy. However, I believe it's essential to be a little more polite when interacting with customers. It's important to remember that local people are the ones who guarantee consistent revenue, and word of mouth remains the best advertising. I hope there will be improvements in this regard for your future.
