22/03/2026: It's not normal to order two sandwiches through Deliveroo and receive a sealed bag (so the delivery driver isn't to blame) with both sandwiches peeled off, as if mice had eaten them! I'm showing the photos to show the condition of the items received. What should I do? Should I eat them? My girlfriend and I avoid them; we don't want to feel bad.
I'm a regular customer, both in Puglia and here in Milan, but I will never set foot in this place again.
If in good faith, respect for customers and a little bit of intelligence would be enough, because what was wrong with this order was the bread. How much do you charge for a loaf of bread? Absolutely outrageous.
I hope no one buys from you again.

18/03/2026: Good, comfortable, very close to centrale which is convenient, good service. There are some discrepancies between rooms so check ahead of booking, also some rooms are on the noisy street.
17/03/2026: The room was spacious, and the bed was of a very high standard and very comfortable.
The breakfast selection was limited, and surprisingly, the shower gel dispenser was empty.

We felt welcomed and pampered at every moment, from the aperitif to the excellent wine recommendations, all the way to dinner.
The courtesy was genuine and sincere, something that is not to be taken for granted. In short, a place with character that cannot disappoint.
The ambiance is also very beautiful and well-kept, but it's the people inside that make the difference, from the kitchen to the dining room.
Thank you for this experience. I wish it were in my region, but there's no doubt that when we have the chance, we will definitely return with great pleasure.

21/02/2026: Overall, a very positive experience from the moment we walked in, with very friendly service and quite good appetizers – tuna tacos, sea bass carpaccio, and a pretty decent tuna tartare. However, the main courses, aside from the sea bass, were disappointing – the tuna was stringy, and the Jerusalem artichoke with the salmon was also poor. I must admit, the icing on the cake was that right after paying the bill, the owner asked us to leave because he needed a table. A bit underwhelming.

The staff is truly friendly and relaxed. Great prices! Ideal for those with children, as there are games and farm animals.
