The Hilton Milan is great. The rooms are generous in size and the staff are great, especially Jason in the bar area of the restaurant. He served us on several nights and was very helpful.

A wonderful stay at Hilton Milan. In a brilliant location, with less than a 5 minute walk to the Central Station (where I believe you can get trains to Lake Como etc). All the hotel staff were lovely and the food at the restaurant was very nice. A special shout out to the front desk team, especially Guilia and the concierge. They were most accommodating and super helpful too! We had many questions and a couple of requests, which they were able to answer and provide!

The welcome at reception by Giulia was exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely friendly, setting the tone for the entire stay. Shortly after, I was pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful in-room welcome organized by the Restaurant Manager, Eduardo, together with the housekeeping team. This personal touch made me feel truly valued and added a special note to my stay. The experience continued beautifully at the restaurant, where the welcoming atmosphere was matched by excellent service. A special mention goes to Mel, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made the dining experience outstanding. Overall, the level of hospitality and care across all departments was impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful visit to Hilton Milan. Very close to the train station. The Executive Lounge was very well prepared with various cheeses, breads and beverages. The gentleman helping hosting us in the lounge was so kind and welcoming! Loves our visit!

Beautiful hotel, very convenient central location. I had dinner at the on-site restaurant, Cotoliamo. The dinner was superb, and Justin was very kind and courteous (as were all the staff).

I was invented at a beauty convention at this hotel, a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Station. The meeting room was elegant and spacious, all the technology worked perfectly, and even the bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were offered breaks and lunch, and everything was well-planned and in just the right quantities.

One of the best hotels in Milan, specifically close to the main train station and with a supermarket nearby, so you really don't need a car; its location makes a car unnecessary.
