31/03/2026: Not a bad restaurant, typical of Puglia. Recommended highlights are the orecchiette with turnip greens and the rotisserie portions, such as panzerotti and focaccia. The portions of the first courses are generous, while the second courses are a little less so. I recommend pairing them with a side dish. The desserts are also typical of Puglia. I've been here several times, trying different dishes. The service is homely. The restaurant is small but welcoming; reservations are recommended. Excellent value for money.

19/03/2026: We had a great time. The food was excellent. Compliments for everything we ate. We'll definitely be back for a seafood dinner and to try the panzerotti or focaccia.

27/03/2026: Sometimes, stumbling upon a place like this is like seeing a shooting star. It's a charming spot with a wonderful, delicious pizza. Everything is homemade. The service is incredibly fast, and the waiters are exceptionally attentive. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars.

25/02/2026: I'm sorry I can't leave a positive review because I understand that work is hard work... and sometimes it's difficult. The fish was fresh and good, but... the service was inadequate!! We were all dissatisfied. Right from the start, we had to ask a couple of times for water and bread. Okay, that's understandable... After the appetizer, the wait for the main courses was excessive: some had ordered an appetizer and a first course, others an appetizer and a second course, and we were assured they would come out together. In reality, the first courses arrived, while the second courses—simple fried dishes and a grilled dish—were served more than 40 minutes later, despite several reminders. Unfortunately, unexpected events can happen in the kitchen, but beyond the wait, what was unpleasant was the attitude of the staff, visibly annoyed in their responses ("we also do takeout," "it's not just you guys"), when there were about twenty people in the dining room and half of them had already almost finished eating. Finally, at 2:30 PM on Saturday, there wasn't even a dessert left to conclude the meal. It's a shame, because the quality of the fish is good, which is the only reason I gave it 3 stars... but the service definitely needs updating.

27/11/2025: Personally, I'm not a fan of deep-dish pizza. I happened upon it for work, and as soon as I saw the slice arrive, given its size, I immediately thought, "Oh my god, this is going to be incredibly heavy and I'll never finish it." Instead, there weren't even crumbs left! I've never had such a tasty, soft, and perfectly crispy deep-dish pizza. I was truly pleasantly surprised.

19/02/2026: Parking was convenient, and the food was good. We decided to give it a try, and the two of us ordered two main dishes and a steak, which was more than enough to fill us up. I highly recommend the steak; it's great value for money. With two drinks, the total cost was 60 euros.

11/01/2026: I've been to the New Garden Bar in Arese several times, and overall, it's a place worth visiting for both breakfast and a light lunch. The place has a simple, refined atmosphere, with a few tables outside, perfect for nice weather, when you're passing through, or just want to take a break from the nearby park.

09/12/2025: Best meal we’ve had while traveling in Italy. Good food, good wine, good atmosphere, and such warm hospitality from the owner and family. We asked for recommendations from the owner, and ordered octopus “alla pignata” for appetizer. Next was amberjack carpaccio. For mains we got “Chitarrine” alla tarantina and Baked fish fillet. The octopus is fresh and tender, tomato base with the basil leaves is so fragrant. Tasting the dish somehow made me feel nostalgic. Amberjack carpaccio is also fresh and pairs surprisingly well with the red pepper and olive oil. Baked fish amberjack fillet was an aromatic treat. The meat was fresh and flavorful, and pairs nicely with the potatoes and vegetables. The “Chitarrine” alla tarantina was also very delicious, with the pasta cooked perfectly and the mussels fresh and flavorful as well. Overall it was an incredible meal, and we left wondering why it does not have at least a Michelin recommendation. Thank you for an unforgettable dinner.
