The minimum wage.
It is better to order a dish to avoid waiting, with little hope, for them to bring you something to eat to match what you drink. You can be in a couple, 6 or 8 and it's always the same. It doesn't matter if you get a bottle or two rounds of aperitif. The philosophy is to keep you hungry.
At dinner the atmosphere is fun. On weekends they also tend to play loud music and make people sing. But without exaggerating. For an informal dinner it could be fine.
Good selection of wines.
20/06/2024: If you like to try local food, always look for Trattoria. Ristorante is for tourists.
The food is amazing. I can’t describe how good is it. You must try this restaurant if you ever go to Milan.

27/07/2024: We ate ice cream and fruit salad. Very good ice cream and it was a pleasant surprise, I didn't expect it at all as it's not an ice cream shop, and fresh seasonal fruit salad
10/07/2024: Not recommended. We're in Italy, but the pastas are terrible. Carbonara had just a few bits of bacon, same for the other pasta with pork. Service is bad, the waitress just throws the dishes on the table. This is exactly Milan, just a big tourist scam.

Io ho mangiato il frico croccante (ottimo), condiviso con la mia amica, e l'insalata Un'Ottima Annata, ricca e abbondante. La consiglio vivamente!

07/06/2024: The restaurant is close to two other large restaurants. Honestly Principe is the best choice. It offers much more accessible prices, as well as the speed with which the food arrives (unlike the endless wait at the restaurant next door). Advise. Excellent quality food, the mushrooms on the pizza looked like they had just been picked in the woods.
23/05/2024: Ristorante molto ordinario. In 3 abbiamo ordinato un soutè di cozze, 2 tagliatelle al ragù e gnocchi allo zola. Il condimento del soutè molto salato, il ragù assolutamente anonimo, mentre gli gnocchi erano buoni. Caffè imbevibile. Prezzo più che onesto, ma sinceramente non tornerei.

21/08/2024: IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! The paninis were some of the best I ever had! The service was great, and they explained the different sandwiches with patience. They were so kind to my kids and helped them choose their panini. This place is great and I recommend it to everyone.

12/04/2024: The fantastic waiters and bartenders always with their palm tree blouses, are friendly, nice, helpful and flexible. The coffees are excellent, the service too, too bad the prices of the sandwiches are a little too high. Excellent place to socialize with young and dynamic people. They often also have "spritz days" on Monday afternoons where an aperitif costs €3. Super recommended for a coffee if you are passing by!!!

If you order for home delivery they tell you a time, you accept and they ALWAYS arrive at least 30 minutes late. Disaster 1
So let's go get them ourselves to speed up. Ok they're a little faster, but then there are always 100 childish excuses for not accepting their stamp collections. Disaster 2
So we go to eat at their place, a little faster but then they charge a cover charge for lunch, which is not indicated on the menu. What a bummer
Moral, GOODBYE NEVER EVER AGAIN

28/07/2024: Terrible, possibly the worst pizza I've eaten in 10 years. A shoe sole, nothing more than 72 hours of cold fermentation. This is what I really don't accept: for heaven's sake, a pizza can be bad but if you do all this marketing behind me, on organic flours, cold fermentation etc, and you get a shoe sole that can't be cut, well then there's it's a problem. Never again. Thank you

05/07/2024: We were looking for any cafe early in the morning for breakfast and I did not expect the taste of their baked goods to be very delicious 😋🥐☕️ The croissants are light and fluffy in their deliciousness. We ordered more. Once I tried the stuffed ones with vanilla and plain, and the cappuccino is perfect. I recommend it, the staff are helpful, their service is good, and the price is excellent.
23/06/2024: Excellent bar restaurant, has a mezzanine room. Excellent place to take a lunch break and taste the menu of the day, which is varied. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff.
