25/02/2026: A gem just steps from home. For my wife's birthday, I jokingly told her I'd love to take her to dinner at an osteria, just to have an experience a little different from the usual. Just for fun, I did the usual search and came up with the suggestion "Osteria dello Strecciolo," just steps from our house and a place I've been going to for decades. A quick look at the website and an equally quick reservation. An instinctive choice, perhaps—some might say a risky one—but truly a happy one! An elegant and very intimate location, professional and knowledgeable staff, with just the right amount of friendliness and helpfulness. The food? I'd risk being an understatement, but I'd encourage you to try it: you'll be the ones to suggest the right words, trust me! Stop by the osteria as soon as possible! Highly recommended!!!

A few dishes, just the way I like them, that pair perfectly with each other, and portions just right for a little bit of everything. Well done!

07/03/2026: An oasis of peace in the Montevecchia and Curone Valley Park. The silence of the night and the chirping of birds in the morning are a rare luxury these days. An excellent dinner, with traditional Brianza dishes cooked and presented to perfection. The vegetarian options were also a pleasant surprise. The San Giobbe wine proved to be a perfect, balanced, and versatile accompaniment throughout the dinner. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. If I really had to suggest improvement, the service could be a little aloof at times, although I understand the desire for professionalism in this approach.

03/03/2026: We stayed here for two nights during a business trip. Our supplier recommended this hotel, as we weren't sure where we could book a nice place in the area. Usually, there are all apartments nearby, unless you want to travel too far. It's very convenient because it has private parking. The rooms are modern, simple, and well-furnished. It has everything you need. They also have an on-site restaurant, which is truly Michelin-starred. We were really tired the first night and couldn't wait to go to bed, so we chose the simple menu. Two courses of your choice for €30/person. But the quality was superb. And, of course, the table setting too. There are several tasting menu options, or you can simply order à la carte. But I'm sure it will all be delicious, because with such attention to the ingredients, nothing short of excellent! I loved everything, starting with the ambiance. I love the frogs in the centerpiece and the wallpaper. I'll definitely return to try more.

The decor is welcoming and the Christmas decorations are beautiful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The ingredients are excellent quality and well-prepared, although the pairings aren't always perfectly spot-on. The price is average, in line with the restaurant's offerings. Overall, a good experience, with room for improvement. The staff is very welcoming.
