09/08/2026: Definitely one of the hidden gems in the northern part of the lake. The service is very prompt, gentle and never intrusive. The atmosphere in this old farmhouse is cosy and you feel like being pushed back in time for about 100 years. Most important: the food is amazing! Not only the presentation, also the taste is like in a Michelin star restaurant. Absolutely worth the money! Would recommend to do a reservation. Enjoy and have a great time there!

14/08/2026: Located on a hill with a fantastic view of Brianza, all the way to the towers of Vimercate... Attentive and extremely kind staff, excellent and carefully prepared dishes, and reasonable prices. The estate's beautiful cellar offers the option of picnicking under the olive trees or in the vineyard. A very nice idea. Highly recommended. Given the heat, I had asked for a cool spot, and instead of the outdoor tables, we dined in a charming, intimate air-conditioned room... Fantastic! I'll definitely be back!!!

14/08/2026: We go to dinner to escape the heat and enjoy the beautiful view, but they wall us in alive inside while there are tables available outside. Appetizers: the cured meats platter with two slices of prosciutto (already dark so cut who knows when), four slices of salami, 1 small cheese and 1 carrot soufflé, missing cornbread, sweet and sour onions, chestnut honey €17. We move on to the tartare, missing the egg cream and Parmesan fondue that completely covers the flavor of the meat €18. The bread at the table is not fresh and I can. Main courses: decent risotto but without pumpkin, not arrived €17, pork fillet good (cold) but not the slightest bit browned and 6 measly paprika popcorn €25 (what?), brisket ok cooked, grilled peaches ridiculous (3 mini wedges), shavings of Parmesan cheese not arrived €25 (really?). The staff is improvised, except for the girls, who at least had a modicum of grace. If they want to be up to par (and so do the prices), they need to improve significantly. The only saving grace is the location, which is truly beautiful.

08/08/2026: Orestino has become a tradition for us: every year, before Christmas, we come here for our group dinner. But I returned a few days ago, and once again, it proved to be a sure thing. We've been here several times over the years, and the food is always divine. Even when we're a large group, the service manages the table well, and the wait is never excessive. I obviously recommend booking, especially during busy periods. The cuisine is typical, rich, and delicious, as you'd expect from a place like this. The tartare, prepared tableside and customizable to your taste, is now a must-try for us. Last time, I also had ravioli with truffle and butter, which were simply devastating. And then there's the boiled meat trolley: so beautiful and inviting that I stood there staring at it and completely forgot to take a photo. 😂 The location completes everything: Orestino is located directly on Lecco's lakefront, in a truly beautiful and evocative setting that greatly contributes to the restaurant's atmosphere. Good service, a great atmosphere, traditional cuisine prepared as it should be, and a location that certainly has its merits. For me, it remains one of Lecco's most iconic traditional restaurants and a place I always love to return to. Highly recommended!!

05/08/2026: A very interesting place with a slightly older décor, but it has its own unique atmosphere. The artichokes were delicious as an appetizer and the main courses were good. The semi-friedo was delicious, but unfortunately, we don't recommend the blueberries with ice cream. The fruit was sour, but the staff was happy to handle my complaint without any problem. It was quite busy at lunchtime, and the dishes on the other tables looked delicious. I definitely recommend this place 👍

The atmosphere was immediately welcoming and refined, immersed in a peaceful and authentic setting. 05/04/2026: An oasis of peace just 50 minutes from Milan. An enchanting place. What makes it so is the surrounding wooded landscape, the silence, the well-maintained and renovated stone buildings, the helpful and kind staff, the organization, and, why not, the absolutely fair price. I recommend everyone to visit; I will definitely return.

03/05/2026: After a few attempts, we finally managed to get in for lunch. The place is enchanting, with meticulous attention to detail. The dishes are carefully crafted, refined, and made with locally sourced mountain produce, all delicious. In addition to the flavors and attention to detail, the service is very welcoming and warm. Kudos to the chef and owner Pietro and his mother Giovanna, wonderful people. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely be back. Price: about €45 per person, including 4 appetizers, 3 first courses, a second course, a side dish, ½ bottle of wine, 3 bottles of water, 4 coffees, and 4 liqueurs. I'll add one more thing: their mountain pine grappa is out of this world! They also have an excellent selection of wines, spirits, and liqueurs.
