09/06/2026: Nice drinks and terrace, ruined by unacceptable service. We politely asked a younger male waiter for extra cutlery and were flat-out told “no.” When paying the bill, he claimed he was “just joking with us.” As a group of young women in our 20s, it felt uncomfortable, disrespectful and unprofessional. Save these kind of jokes for your coworkers, not paying customers.

17/05/2026: Worst gelato I've had in Italy. Horrible service. I ordered gelato in a cone and the scoops were served sloppily. She gave me the gelato and the scoops were already falling out, not to mention she got the flavor wrong. The gelato tastes like any old popsicle; there's absolutely no point in coming here.

06/07/2026: Hi. I just wanted to know for a moment when work clothes have a different service than others? I get to the register, pay for a soy cappuccino and the walnut braid, get to the counter and find myself with the braid with two walnuts and half a walnut. I asked if it was mine and the girl says, "Yes, it's yours." 😭 You know breakfast is important to me, as I think it is to you too, but these things make me feel bad. I wish people weren't judged by their appearance, but like everyone else, you don't give me a discount because I'm dressed as a worker. You'll tell me it's not true, it's just a coincidence, but I took a look at the walnut braids under the glass counter: there were about thirty braids and not one was like the one I had, they were all full of walnuts!!!! Anyway, I hope we understand each other, thanks ❤️

23/05/2026: If you go thinking you are going to have a lovely pizza in the center of Como for 6-8€ as they are showing you in google maps... wrong place! The pizza's prices start from 14€ each + coperto... The pizza was ok but not woth the price

14/07/2026: This was my second visit to the Terazza 241 lounge. The atmosphere was elegant, the view stunning, and the service fast and friendly. It's great to see that during the summer tourist season, the team is joined by talented young seasonal staff. The service was excellent despite the crowds. I'll definitely be back!

14/07/2026: I chose this rooftop at the Hilton Como for a special evening, and from a location perspective, my expectations were fully met. The view is simply breathtaking, the setting is elegant, luxurious, meticulously maintained, and yet very comfortable. The service was also impeccable: the staff were attentive, friendly, and always available. Unfortunately, however, the food wasn't up to par for a restaurant of this caliber. I ordered seared tuna, but after tasting it, I had to send it back because the fish wasn't fresh and was, in fact, inedible. The staff apologized with great professionalism and kindness, a gesture I greatly appreciated. However, I believe such an incident is extremely serious for a restaurant of this caliber. Such a prestigious location deserves cuisine worthy of the experience it promises.

30/05/2026: One of the most beautiful and evocative places I've ever visited. The food is top-quality, with elegant tablecloths, silver cutlery, and—a notable detail—orchids on every table. The atmosphere is peaceful, and you dine to the sound of birds chirping and the babbling of the stream. Of course, you pay for quality and sophistication, but I find the prices more than reasonable. I hope to return soon.

15/05/2026: I had dinner last night at this wonderful restaurant, nestled in the greenery just outside the center of Como. It feels like a fairytale: the atmosphere is intimate and refined, with the background sound of the river flowing nearby. The cuisine is fantastic: creative and deeply harmonious dishes, where you can sense great attention to detail and respect for the ingredients. I'm vegetarian and found some delicious options, and the dessert was sublime! The service was attentive, discreet, and truly welcoming. I can't wait to return, and who knows how wonderful it would be to dine outside surrounded by nature! Highly recommended!

20/06/2026: We had a lovely meal here, service was quick and easy and they spoke very good English for us! We tried the tagliatelle with mushrooms and the ragout We were the only people here on a Thursday early evening but it was a very sweet restaurant with lots of nice seating available.

27/06/2026: I dined at this pizzeria with a group of 9, with a reservation for 8:30 PM. We arrived slightly early and were seated around 8:15 PM; our order was taken around 8:30 PM. At that point, we were told, in a less than friendly tone, that there would be "at least a half-hour wait" for the pizzas. Recognizing the situation, we ordered anyway and, to pass the time, ordered fries and beers. However, the timing turned out to be quite different from what was indicated: the pizzas arrived after about an hour, around 9:30 PM. Even more unfortunate was the fact that an à la carte dish, ordered by one of the group and which should have arrived with the pizzas, was served only around 9:50 PM, by which time it was too late and had not even been consumed. It's true that the dish was removed from the bill, but there was a complete lack of customer service: no apology, no explanation, no gesture to make up for the poor service. The pizza itself was decent, nothing exceptional, but the service organization leaves much to be desired. I get the feeling that they take more reservations than the restaurant can actually handle, resulting in long waits and inconvenience for customers. Unfortunately, for me, it wasn't a positive experience, and I won't be returning.

14/06/2026: I went to Giuliani with some friends and had a really great time. The location is stunning, with a view of Lake Cone, which makes the atmosphere even more special. I appreciated both the quality of the food and the attention to detail in the presentation. The service was also excellent: the staff was kind, attentive, and always available. Definitely a place I recommend and will gladly return to.

13/07/2026: A magnificent historic villa on the shores of Lake Como. Its elegant architecture, perfectly manicured gardens, and lakeside promenade make it an ideal place for a stroll. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the views of the mountains and the lake are superb. Whether visiting an exhibition or simply enjoying the grounds, Villa Olmo is a must-see during a stay in Como.
