Alternatively you are offered to buy a miserable cutting board with salami and mortadella for the modest sum of 10 euros. Everything is fine but that cutting board is definitely not worth 10 euros.

22/03/2025: The Nisciolanum restaurant presents itself very well: a rustic and welcoming environment, with wooden tables and sideboards, a pellet stove that warms the atmosphere, and beautiful lamps with glass spheres that enhance the high ceiling. The only discordant note in the lighting is the choice of light bulbs: they alternated randomly between warm and cold light, creating a less than harmonious effect. The walls are painted in a soft and elegant shade, similar to mauve, enriched with lake stone inserts that give a refined touch. Even the floor, typical of the seventies, integrates perfectly with the style of the room. Overall, the environment is really pleasant. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the service. Before going, I called to make sure the availability of pizzoccheri, and it was confirmed that they were there. I then made a reservation, specifying that we would arrive within ten minutes. Once we arrive, they seat us and bring us the menu. Even though the pizzoccheri were not on the menu, we decided to order them anyway, trusting what was said on the phone. We are offered an excellent red wine, which we appreciate very much. It's a shame that the pizzoccheri weren't up to par. Indeed, unfortunately, they were not real pizzoccheri: no Bitto, no cabbage. The few vegetables present were only a few strands of ribs, the cheese seemed like a mix of pecorino and parmesan, very distant from the flavor and consistency of melted Bitto. The potatoes, few and semi raw. A real disappointment. A waitress, sent by the manager, came to ask us for an opinion. I sincerely explained that those were not real pizzoccheri, and apparently my observation was reported in the kitchen. I think the chef also knows how to make them well, but he didn't have the right raw materials. The most correct thing would have been to inform me, at the time of booking or upon arrival, that they did not have the original ingredients. That way I could consciously decide whether to order them or not. For this reason, I give two stars: not for the cuisine itself, but for the lack of transparency on the part of the manager. Honesty comes first.

09/03/2025: I wanted to make a criticism of that person who always answers the phone, and who is very rude, the first time I went he put me practically in front of the door with all the people coming in and out plus it was brutally cold, after a while I went with my partner, in the morning I called for the evening he said yes ok, and then at 3.00 he calls me and tells me he was changing my place, so I gave up first because it's not correct that I let you I call in the morning and you call me back in the afternoon saying you'll change my place and then I repeat a person who always creates problems for you, you also want to order by phone, and no that's not good you have to download apps in short, a huge pain, I will never go to that pizzeria again.

23/03/2025: Somos de Portugal y viajamos a Como y paramos a comer en IL Pacchero, debo decir que fue la mejor pasta que he tenido en 12 años. El postre era de primera. No podríamos haber sido más felices con la comida. El aperitivo, tenemos el pan Focaccia, estaba en pie. Recomendamos encarecidamente este establecimiento, pero también le recomendamos encarecidamente que haga una reserva o puede que tenga suerte y eso sería una pena tremenda perderse una comida tan increíble. Grazie...
