03/03/2026: A truly delightful spot by the lake...the food is fantastic, I had pasta and red wine and it was delicious...the place is clean and stylish...the staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly...I especially want to thank Mr. Jordan for his attention, care and professionalism :) I will definitely visit again when I go to Como and I highly recommend it to everyone :)

12/04/2026: We went for an aperitif and then dinner at this restaurant, where we'd already been for lunch... everything was excellent, from aperitif to dinner, the meat and the impeccable service, the atmosphere superb... The only flaw is that we didn't check the receipt first and ended up being charged for appetizers we hadn't ordered. Perhaps it was too crowded, as there were really a lot of people; perhaps we should have been a little more careful.

29/03/2026: Very nice location. Unfortunately, the food was cold and not very pleasant for our taste. The pork ribs are 50% fat. If you order a main course, the side dish is extra.

17/03/2026: I've tried their burger on two different occasions, and both times the experience was excellent. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good burger in Como. I always end up ordering the same burger because I love it so much, but someday I'd love to try their pizza too!

09/04/2026: Beautiful location, exorbitant prices. I've been frequenting Terrazza 241 at the Hilton since they opened. Lunches, dinners, etc. I even had a party for 50 people in 2024! I recently asked for a quote for the same party, also for 50 people, and they added a new feature: the private poolside area for €4,000. Just to get started, plus all costs! I understand the new policies and the beautiful view, but for me, Terrazza 241 at the Hilton Como has raised its prices and expectations too much. Too bad

28/03/2026: Review: Gorgeous location, but disappointing management Rating: 3 out of 5 stars ​The place is undoubtedly beautiful and well-kept, but unfortunately, the beauty of the location isn't enough to make up for the customer service we found cold, distant, and decidedly sloppy. ​The most serious incident occurred at dessert: we found Styrofoam when cutting the cake. Such a mistake can happen, but what I found unacceptable was the staff's reaction. There was a complete lack of a formal apology and even a shred of empathy for the inconvenience caused. ​Instead of expressing sincere regret, given that the cake was also eaten by children, they limited themselves to a purely transactional approach, dismissing the matter with, "We didn't charge you for the cake cutting service." We would have overlooked the whole thing, but we found this response unacceptable and extremely offensive. I'm sorry, but a discount is no substitute for politeness and professionalism. A sincere apology would have been enough to make up for a bad impression, but the lack of warmth and the dismissive attitude ruined the experience. The Black Angus internal diaphragm was excellent. The 1,200 kg tomahawk arrived at our request and was lukewarm. In summary: A very beautiful establishment, but managed, at least on this occasion, with a sloppiness that doesn't do the place justice.

08/04/2026: I've been going there occasionally, but for years, when I'm passing through: a great place. The food is excellent, as is the service, and the view and interior are beautiful. As a Como native, I really appreciate it.

06/04/2026: The staff were very friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. We showed up with three dogs, and they were very kind in reserving a spot for us where the dogs could be quiet and not disturb us. The food was very good, and the outdoor setting was really nice. It was my first time there, and I'll be back.

31/07/2025: It's my favorite place. I always leave delighted. Everything is always delicious and very well prepared. The fruit sorbets are exceptional.
