02/12/2025: A beautiful osteria in the center of Como. Excellent value, very friendly staff, and delicious food. The polenta dishes are highly recommended; they're delicious and creamy. The ossobuco with polenta and the braised beef with polenta are highly recommended. Definitely worth a try! I'll definitely be back.

25/08/2025: It was an amazing cocktail, and it was very charming bar. Having complimentary food was also a great addition to the bar. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of personality from staff, and the barman was slightly rude to the waitress, which impacted the atmosphere.

30/10/2025: Very fast service despite the noise, excellent location just around the corner near the hospital, very good cappuccino and well-whipped, unfortunately the croissants were dry and not good, the atmosphere was not clean, certainly due to the crowds, and I would not recommend the bathroom at all. However, all in all, there are definitely worse places.

They left their greetings at home, the professionalism is worse...!! The pastry shop isn't bad but nothing exceptional!! I asked for a cappuccino with milk and he made it for me as he wanted... he attacked me not verbally but with attitude, it's not the first time, this is their nature, it makes me think

24/11/2025: The food is good, both the deli and the pastries, and being Sicilian, I enjoy trying some of the local specialties, but unfortunately, I find the prices too high and not affordable for everyone. I had two hot chocolates with two small almond paste pastries. I paid €14! I think it's a bit too much to pay €5 each for a hot chocolate, even if you add a drizzle of whipped cream. They should lower the prices, but unfortunately, everything in Como seems to be going up in price...

Terrible service: we booked for five people, but after confirming our reservation, we arrived and found the table we'd been promised wasn't there (which, we understand, often happens). We ended up eating on a veranda that was clearly unheated. Furthermore, at a certain point during the service, the owner and waitress came up with the idea of ​​opening the veranda's awning (note the 90°C outside). Luckily, after asking them if they thought it was a bad joke, they resisted. The waiter/service staff were completely disorganized, with the staff clearly not knowing how to organize their orders and manage the tables. We ordered pizzas, but only later did they realize we were out of cutlery. Pizzas: If it were a takeout pizzeria, I'd say they were good. Too bad it was a pizzeria. Bill: clearly not up to par with the price we received. UPDATE FROM 10/10/25: Please take a close look at the reviews; I'm not the only one who hasn't given them "positive" reviews. Sometimes—due to excessive zeal or a desire to welcome customers—there's a service glitch. If the complaints have increased, as you say, perhaps it's time to understand why and fix it.
