14/10/2025: Como's Sartoria Ciclistica (Cycling Tailor's Shop) is a highly original and well-designed concept. Aesthetically, it's meticulously crafted and offers a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to selling their brand of cycling clothing and accessories, it also has a small café serving everything from breakfast to cold cuts. The owners demonstrate a wealth of knowledge in the cycling world, and their approach to passing customers is generally friendly. My personal observation concerns the overall atmosphere of the shop, which can be somewhat selective for regular customers. While I recognize the excellent workmanship and the quality of the offerings, I sense a marked attention to the image and brand of those who frequent it. While a casual visitor might simply enjoy a coffee or a quick purchase without noticing this dynamic, those who are local and intend to visit regularly might notice that the clothing and bicycles are overpriced based on their value or brand. In short, Sartoria is a place of excellence in its sector and knows how to attract a specific, niche clientele. They've created their own small circle of enthusiasts, but those who don't fit certain aesthetic or financial standards might not feel fully comfortable or appreciated. It's a great place for those seeking brand exclusivity, but with a welcome that, for insiders, seems to favor the already select circle.

27/07/2025: On our first day we ended up here a bit by chance – and instantly fell in love with this place! ❤️ The carbonara and calamari were absolutely delicious, and the chef not only cooks wonderfully but is also incredibly friendly – he helped us choose our dishes and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice. On the second day we came back on purpose – this time the chicken was amazing, and the chocolate soufflé was simply pure heaven! A huge plus goes to the service – both the chef and the super friendly Italian lady create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You feel more like you’re visiting friends than dining in a restaurant. Delicious food, wonderful people and a fantastic vibe – we absolutely recommend this place! 18/11/2025: A place where you feel great, a real Italian restaurant. The prices are ok (12 euros for a pizza, 15 euros for pasta, 6 euros for a beer). What I don't like is that you are charged 3 euros per person for sitting at the table.

23/09/2025: In Como, for lovers of good meat, Mosto e Carnazza is an absolutely excellent choice. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the price-performance ratio is truly competitive. The service is always attentive, friendly, and impeccable, helping to make the experience enjoyable and complete. The menu also offers valid alternatives for those who prefer dishes other than meat, ensuring a menu to suit all palates.

29/07/2025: Let's not kid ourselves....Luisita Gelato Shop #1 in Como for at least 50 years...The best gelato in Como. In the stracciatella you'll find blocks of chocolate...raw ingredients of the highest quality...Undisputed masters of meringues and fresh whipped cream, etc...etc...etc...etc...

13/11/2025: Opening Hours: Tuesday to Sunday Admission: Free Villa Olmo boasts a prime location in the heart of Como, offering convenient access. If you're staying in the city center, it's a 20-25 minute walk from the train station along the scenic lakeside path. Along the way, you'll pass the Aviation Club, where you can witness spectacular seaplane takeoffs. If you prefer not to walk, you can take a bus from the town center to the villa. If you're driving, there is paid parking available nearby. Alternatively, if you're coming from elsewhere on Lake Como, you can take a ferry to the Como Ferry Terminal and then reach the villa by bus or a short walk.
